As Karen takes on the added responsibilities from Cassie Hicks, she starts to gather more information about Northwind Traders by checking on the site mailbox and then putting the social features to her advantage to quickly get up to speed

Participants will search for information on the Contoso Intranet, review discussions and newsfeed posts to gather information, and participate in a Lync session including IM, video and presentation features
