In certain places around the world, small pockets of people are living healthily to over 100. These areas are known as ‘Blue Zones.’ The people living in Blue Zones were found to share specific lifestyle choices, like eating mainly plant-based foods; being active regularly; fostering simple, low-stress lives; and belonging to social circles that support healthy behaviour.
