Trainers Notes: The warm up starts with a focus on shoulders and lower body movement. The wide jog will open hips and allow for longer levers to be added slowly. The chorus, or jump pattern, is playful, exciting and fun, and reminds the students of when they were kids! Warm up prepare the body for progression, increase the core tem-perature , are a way to rehearse movements and build towards cardio.
