March 13, 2017 2017 Victoria Real Estate Expo Liza and Laurie, I just wanted to provide this letter for anyone considering sponsoring or participating at your next Real Estate Expo. As a frequent conference attendee, I’ve witnessed events of all quality levels. I was impressed by the first Victoria Real Estate Expo: the quality of speakers was exceptional, the organization of the event from initial contact to the day itself with volunteers and hospitality was very good and the venue was of course beautiful. Having had the opportunity to speak with many guests on the expo day, my sense was that attendees received more than expected from the event in terms of content, connections and education. I expect the booth sponsors also benefitted by making new contacts from the over 900 guests. I have no doubt that future Victoria Real Estate Expos will be even more successful and I would urge any Real Estate or Investment related business to consider sponsoring or having a booth at future events. An area in particular that could have done well at the event would be new local developments; several guests I spoke with had hoped to be able to shop around for future investment.
