Dr. Thomas Sinsky serves on the joint ABIMF-American Academy of Nursing Primary Care Initiative. They are co-authors of “In Search of Joy in Practice.” Their talk will address the link between clinician well-being and quality, highlight practice innovations that can improve clinician well- being and help reclaim the joy in practice, and outline important questions that remain unanswered.
