一、项目概况

文化背景

佛山市地处珠江三角洲地区的腹地，毗邻省会广州，是一座古老而又充满活力的城市，经过二十多年的发展，佛山已成为全国城市综合实力 50 强之一，近年来还先后获得“国家卫生城市”、“全国双拥模范城市” 、“全国科技进步先进市” 、“国家园林城市”、“中国优秀旅游城市”以及联合国“人类住区优秀范例”等多项殊荣。佛山市与广州市已连成一体形成“广佛都市圈” 。

Foshan city is located in the hinterland of Pearl River Delta, adjacent to the provincial capital of Guangzhou, It is an ancient and vibrant city. After more than 20 years of development, Foshan has become one of the top 50 cities with comprehensive strength. In recent years Foshan has also won the "National Sanitary City", "National Double Support Model City", "National Outstanding City in Technological Progress", "National Garden City", "Chinese Outstanding Tourist City" and the United Nations' "Excellent Examples of Human Settlements "and many other awards. Foshan city and Guangzhou city have been linked together to form "Guangfo metropolis circle". 禅城区位于广东省第三大城市佛山市的中心城区，是佛山市人民政府驻地，为佛山政治、金融、文化、交通、信息中心，面积154.09平方公里，常住人口110.78 万人。2014 年，全区经济运行态势总体良好，全年实现地区生产总值1368.67 亿元，增长8.7%;地均生产总值8.9 亿元/平方公里，位列全市五区之首，人均生产总值123604元。 Chancheng district is located in the center city of Foshan, the third largest city of Guangdong Province, and is where Foshan Municipal People's government resides. Chancheng is the political, financial, cultural, transportation and information center of Foshan. It has an area of 154.09 square kilometers,with a residential population of 1,107,800 people. In 2014, the region's economic operation situation is generally good: the annual GDP is 136 billion 867 million yuan with an annual increase of 8.7%; the average GDP is 890 million yuan per square kilometers. Chanchegn ranked first among the five district of Foshan with a per capita GDP of 123,604 yuan.

佛山两园——文华公园和亚艺公园，位于佛山城市中轴线与季华商务带交汇处 Foshan Double Park - Wenhua Park and Asian Art Park - locates in the intersection of Foshan central axis and Jihua business belt.

其中文华公园约36公顷，亚艺公园约41公顷，两园共约78公顷。 The area of Wenhua Park is about 36 hectares and that of Asian Art Park is about 41 hectares, in total about 78 hectares.

文华路为城市主要交通干道，交通十分繁忙。亚艺公园同文华公园两大公园，不仅为居民提供优越休闲娱乐场所，还有丰富的

旅游资源，游客流量大。周边大型居住小区配套成熟，入住率高。本项目建设完成后，有利于减少人车争道，减轻交通拥堵；

方便居民出行；有利于将两公园的景观有机结合,为打造佛山文明城市作贡献。 该项目的建设，对促进地区经济和社会发展，

改善人们的居住环境具有十分重要的意义，具有显著的社会效益。

Wenhua Road is the main traffic road in the city. The traffic is very heavy. Asian Park and Wenhua Park, the

two major parks, not only provide residents with excellent leisure and entertainment places, but also rich

tourist resources and large tourist flow. Surrounding large residential areas have mature supporting

facilities and high occupancy rate. After the completion of this project, it is beneficial to reduce the

competition between people and vehicles, reduce traffic congestion, facilitate residents to travel, and help

combine the landscape of the two parks organically, which contribute to the construction of Foshan towards a

civilized city. The construction of this project is of great significance for promoting regional economic and

social development and improving people's living environment. It has remarkable social benefits.

项目意义

亚艺公园背景

亚艺公园原始定位是利用原来的地形条件，变成汇集城南片区的雨水，满足防洪调蓄功能的调蓄湖公园；同时通过水的形态变化和植物配置、雕塑、桥梁、建筑、铺装等设计要素，营造出一个既富有岭南文化特色，也是自然式生态环境的公共开放空间。在2005 年获得第七届亚洲艺术节举办权之后，佛山市政府决定将该公园作为艺术节文化交流的重要活动场所，公园也因此定名为亚艺公园。因此，亚艺公园是集防洪功能、文化艺术特色与休闲空间为一体的岭南特色公园。 The original position of Asian Art Park is a park of storage which makes use of the original landscape to collect rainwater of the south area, meeting the need to control and regulate flood. At the same time through the design elements of water and the morphological changes of plant configuration, sculpture, bridges, buildings, pavement, the park is created with rich cultural characteristics of South of the Five Ridges, and becomes a natural and ecological public space. After the seventh Asian Art Festival was held in 2005, the Foshan municipal government decided to keep the park as an important place for the cultural exchange of the Arts Festival. The park was therefore named "Asian Art Park". Therefore, Asian Art Park is a park with characteristics of the south of the Five Ridges, flood control function, cultural and artistic features and leisure space. 2017/7/3

文华公园背景

文华公园是岭南大道佛山景观中轴线的重要节点。公园建设前，这里

是鱼塘、菜地、荒草地和垃圾堆放场所，是卫生死角和治安黑点。佛山市行政区划调整后，开始启动文华公园建设，于2006年正式对外开放。文华公园最初的环境设计是在一定程度上还市民一个大自然的空间，塑造一个高品质的具有文化底蕴的“城市绿色客厅”。目前，公园水体面积占10%，绿地率70%；在植物配置上，以乡土树种为主，构筑乔、灌、竹、藤、草的复合群落。 Wenhua park is an important point of the central axis of Foshan landscape in Lingnan Avenue. Before the park construction, there was a fish pond,a farm, barren grassland and garbage dumping place, which had neither sanity nor security. After the adjustment of the administrative divisions of Foshan, the construction of Wenhua Park was officially began and it was opened to the public in 2006. The original environmental design of Wenhua park is, to a certain extent, a natural space for the citizens to shape a high quality " green urban living room" with cultural background. At present, the water area of the park is 10%, and the rate of green land is 70%. In the arrangement of the plants, the local tree species are mainly used and a combined garden of trees, bushes, bamboos, rattan and grass is constructed.

两园大项目背景

随着人们生活水平的提高，人们越来越注重生活的品质，对生活环境和健身休闲的要求越来越高，但作为禅城中心区的两个大型公园，文华公园、亚艺公园各有“缺陷”。两大公园加起来共有1300 亩，但长期以来配套不足、管理不到位，

人气冷清，饱受市民诟病。禅城区政协第三届一次会议上，提案建议将两大公园连片开发，整体打造城市绿色休闲空间，力求把“两园”打造成佛山档次最高、最有品位、最有文化的公园，让老百姓更加喜欢。文华公园要塑造“城市绿色客厅”，亚艺公园植被改造则以“水文化”为主题，注重“细腻性”，讲求“艺术感”。 With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life and the demand to the living environment and leisure fitness have been increasing. However as the two large park in downtown Chancheng, Wenhua Park and Asian Art Park have defects. Two parks add up to 1300 mu but for a long time, inadequate supporting, management not in place and the lack of popularity subjected it to the public's critism. In a meeting of the third session of the Chancheng District Committee Meeting, a proposal was developing the two parks together, to build a green leisure space in city and strive to build the "double garden" in Foshan to a park with thehighest grade, best taste and the most culture, so that people would like it. Wenhua park was decided to be shape as the "city green living room", whereas the vegetation transformation of Asian Art Park was based on "water culture" as the theme, focusing on "delicacy" and stressing "art"".

随着城市的发展，佛山城市中轴线和季华商务带的总体规划，两园的使用功能中存在的问题逐步凸显，

经向社会征询和调研，两园提升应重点考虑以下几方面： With the development of the city and the overall planning of Foshan central axis and Jihua business belt, there are two problems

with the function of the two parks, gradually highlighted to the community. Through consultation and investigation with the

society, improvement of the two parks should focus on the following aspects:

水舞灯光秀

“两园”由文华中路分隔，而公园与公园之间无其他道路相连，造成游人或远距离绕行或跨过文华中路才能通行于“两园”之间，既不方便也不安全。通过搭建天桥将“两园”连接起来，使游人通过天桥步行至文华公园或亚艺公园，极大地缩短了两地之间的步行距离，提升两园连接性、整体性、艺术性、休闲可达性的重要措施。并且能够最大限度地避免由于横穿道路造成的交通事故隐患，形成便捷高效的交通环境和体系，对于佛山城市建设和发展亦有促进作用。

The "double gardens" are separated by Wenhua Middle Road, and there are no other roads connected between the park and the park. It is neither convenient nor safe to make visitors to travel around or cross the Wenhua Middle road to visit between the "two gardens". Through connecting the two gardens by building a bridge, visitors can travel through the pedestrain bridge to Wenhua park or Asian Arat Park, which greatly shortened the walking distance between the two places. It is an important measure to improve the the connectivity, integrity, art, leisure and accessibility of the two parks. It can also reduce traffic accidents caused by crossing the road to a minimum, and form a convenient and efficient traffic environment and system. It plays a role in promoting urban construction and development in Foshan.

三、亚洲艺术公园项目成果

亚艺公园的植物造景效果采取细腻处理，在众多节点进行细化打造，设计富有层次的景色；而对于喜欢

摄影的游人，并借助景观小品，形成‘步移景异’的景观效果。”此外，亚艺公园建设的初衷是在满足调蓄排涝功能的前提下，为公众营造一个自然生态良好、富有地域特色的开放空间，因此，亚艺公园的植被改造主要以“水文化”作为主题，种植浮水植物、临水植物，打造水生植物形态。 The double park project takes fine processing of the vegetation landscape in the Asian Art Park, refines many areas and design the a scenery of rich layering ; for photography ethuisiasts, taking use of the landscape, the landscape effect of "different scenery with walking" is constructed. In addition, the Asian Art Park construction is designed to meet the demand of storage and drainage function, creating a good natural and ecological environment and an open space for the public with rich eographical characteristics. Therefore, vegetation reconstruction of Asian Art Park is mainly adopting the "water culture" as the theme by planting floating and waterside vegetations, in order to createa an "aquatic plant" landscapec.

在岸边，一幢幢充满岭南建筑特色的临风阁、晚香亭、听雨廊桥、荷影小筑、四面荷风亭、流香亭、荷坞、梦荷花廊，迎风矗立，相映成趣。镬耳山墙、夔龙纹、满洲窗彩色玻璃等领南风景观元素随处可见。 登上两层高的临风阁，感受清风轻抚耳边，荷花被微风轻吻，菱叶浮水面飘荡，荷叶在风中摇曳。好一派惬意景象！ On the shore, blocks of buildings feature south of the Five Ridges architecture: Linfeng Pavilion,Wanxiang Pavilion,Tingyulang bridges, Lianying House, Simianhefeng Pavilion, Liuxiang Pavilion, Lotus Dock, Lotus Corridor in the.They erecte against the wind and form a nice contrast. Lingnan landscape elements lie everywhere: pot lug-like gables, Kui pattern, Manchurian window with coloured glass . Climbing up the second floor of the pavilion, one can feel the breeze whispering into the ears,and behold the wind kissing the lotus flower, Ling leaves floating on the water and lotus leaf swaying in the wind. What a pleasant scene!

文华公园现今正准备进行升级改造，绿化景观主要将打造“三色花海”： 在公园东侧打造“黄色花海”，种植黄槐、双荚槐、黄花风铃木；沿电视塔东西走向，打造红色花海，种植宫粉紫荆、红千层、串钱柳；在公园东南角打造紫色花海，种植大叶紫薇。 Now the whole Wenhua park is preparing for upgrading. The main landscape will be created as "three seas": a "Yellow Sea" on the east side of the park, planted with golden senna, rambling senna and golden trumpet trees; along the east-west running path near the TV Tower, a "Red Sea" planting orchid trees, narrow-leaved bottlebrush trees and weeping bottlebrush trees; in the southeast corner of the park, a "Purple Sea" of giant crape-myrtle.

富了文华公园内容，迎合了广大市民的不同需求，也增加了文华公园的趣味性和文化内涵。游乐园里充满了孩子们的欢声笑语。 As a supporting project of Wenhua Park, the children's paradise further enriches the content of Wenhua Park and caters to the different needs of the general public. It also increases the interest and cultural content of Wenhua park. The amusement park is filled with laughter of the children.

两园项目对亚艺公园的植物造景效果采取细腻处理，在众多节点进行细化打造，设计富有层次的景色；而对于喜欢摄影的游人，并借助景观小品，形成‘步移景异’的景观效果。

亚艺公园荷花池是每年禅城区摄影大赛出镜率最高的经典之一。每年吸引大批摄影发烧友踩点拍出大量作品。 The double park project takes fine processing of the vegetation landscape in the Asian Art Park, refines many areas and design the a scenery of rich layering ; for photography ethuisiasts, taking use of the landscape, the landscape effect of "different scenery with walking" is constructed. The lotus pond in Asian Art Park is one of the most appeared scenery in Chancheng shooting competition every year. Every year it attracts a large number of photography lovers to shoot many artistic works.

两园项目四周分布有佛山雅居乐、恒福·湖景湾、永新湖景苑、保利天玺、金碧花园等多个建成小区，由于距

离文华公园和亚艺公园较近，居民经常步行至公园散步、游览、锻炼。因此，两园园不仅是佛山市外出游玩的目的地同时也是当地百姓休闲娱乐的重要场所。本项目通过整合文华公园、亚艺公园，使当地百姓能够步出家门、行至广场、走过天桥便可到达文华公园或亚艺公园，开展跑步、游览、嬉戏等休闲娱乐活动，通过为百姓提供更为便捷的交通条件，使百姓日益增长的旅游休闲需求更好地得到满足，从而提高人民生活水平。 The two gardens are surrounded by Foshan Yajule Garden, Hanford Bay, Yongxin Lake Garden, Poly Cullinan and Golden VillaPoly Garden and many residential areas. Owing to the proximity of Wenhua Park and Asian Art Park, the residents often go to the park to for a walk, sightseeing or exercise. Therefore, the two gardens are important places not only for Foshan citizens to go out and play but also for the leisure and entertainment of local people . This project, through the integration of Wenhua Park and Asian Art Park, encourges peopleto step out of the house, to the square, through the bridge, to reach Wenhua park or Asian Art Park, to carry out running, sightseeing, leisure and recreational activities. The people are provided with more convenient traffic conditions, so their growing needs for tourism and leisure can be met, which improves the quality of people's life.

森林进老城的范本 打造生态绿色禅城

从2005年开始，禅城区启动新一轮绿化大行动，

大力打造“城市绿肺”，并由此兴建亚艺公园和文华公园。至2006年底，总面积为80公顷的

禅城“两园”已完成大部分工程。再加上两园项目的整合，如今禅城区绿城飞花主题，为禅城营造春日赏桃、夏季观荷、秋天有硫华菊、冬日茶花绽放的四季美景。至此，“会呼吸的城市”已悄然来到了市民身边。 Starting in 2005, Chancheng District launched a new round of greening action, and put in great effort to build " green urban lungs", and thus Asian Art Park and Wenhua park were built. By the end of 2006, the two parks' construction was almost completed, occupying a total area of 80 hectares in Chancheng . Coupled with the integration of Double Park project, now with the themes of greentown and flying flowers, Chancheng visitors can admire peach blossom in spring, lotus flower in summer, yellow cosmos in autumn and camellia in winter, enjoying beauty around four seasons. So far, the "breathing city" has quietly come to the public.
