En Zaragoza, y siendo las 19:00 horas del día 22 de Marzo de 2017 y en el recinto de la Feria de dicha Ciudad, se reúne el Jurado que ha de juzgar el I Premio Torres Quevedo Maquinaria Nuevas Ideas convocado por SMOPYC 2017, presidido por D. Ricardo Cortés Sánchez, y formado por:D. Francisco Ballester Muñoz, Dña. María Luisa Claver Barón, D. David Díez Díez, D. Miguel Gironés Esperabé, D. José María Pérez Pérez, D. Sergio Serrano Tomás y D. Jesús Torres Cañadas.

El Jurado, en vista a la calidad y diversidad de las Candidaturas presentadas, y teniendo en cuenta que es la Primera Edición de estos premios, considera necesario, para lograr un equilibrio entre las candidaturas más destacadas, establecer cuatro reconocimientos, un primer premio para el ganador y tres accésit para las obras que merecen estar en el palmarés de la Primera Edición.
