Identify each scholarship for which you meet the criteria and check them off on the Co-Action and/or Community checklists.

COMPLETE THE CO-ACTION APPLICATION FORM

Complete the application form, including the overview, questionnaire and any applicable essay (essay sheets can be foundat the end of the application packet)

Include an Activities Resume using the form in the application packets or use your own activities resume.

OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS

Complete and submit any of the specific scholarship applications for those programs that do not use the Co-Actionapplication packet.

OTHER DOCUMENTATION

Include any required documents such as recommendations, personal statements or essays (essay sheets can be found atthe end of the application packet)

Your guidance office will attach a copy of your schedule and current transcript to your application

Print out a copy of the Co-Action application form. If not saved to your computer, make an extra copy for yourself.

Reminders

Review specific deadlines and requirements for each scholarship program

Students receiving “full ride” scholarships are not eligible for these awards

All scholarships and awards will be announced in May

Winners will receive procedures and information outlining how to claim their award

Scholarships are to be used for tuition expenses during the 2017-2018 school year
