instrumentation includes the new Lionheart FX

Automated Live Cell Imager with Augmented

Microscopy. Lionheart FX is a digital widefield

microscope optimized for live cell imaging.

Integrated controls for temperature, CO2/O2 and

humidity provide the ideal environment for short

and long term live cell kinetics.

Cytation Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Readers

combine automated fluorescence microscopy and

conventional multi-mode detection in a patent

pending, modular and upgradable design. Cytation

provides quantitative data as well as rich visualization

and multi-parametric information concerning many

biological processes.

Both Lionheart FX and Cytation are powered by

Gen5 software, which offers flexible image capture

and powerful image and data analysis for myriad

applications.

I would highly recommend this machine. It is so easy to use especially for kinetic studies. High throughput reading and high throughput cell imaging and kinetics studies give you endless number of experiments to try out.
