Each participant has a secure login for the Interra Health website that can be used to access online tools. This participant site is called the InHealth Dashboard™.

INHEALTH DASHBOARD™

Take an active role in your health and experience the benefits of wellness! You are encouraged to participate in the wellness program sponsored by your employer! All participants have the opportunity to earn a program incentive by participating in a comprehensive, onsite health screening, as well as a health risk assessment.

InHealth Risk Assessment™ The InHealth Risk Assessment™ (HRA) is an online questionnaire that collects information regarding your health and daily habits. The information is used to help identify potential health risks. The HRA contains 74 questions in a variety of categories, including: heart health, diabetes awareness, emotional health, nutrition, physical activity, and personal safety.

InHealth BioScreen™ The InHealth BioScreen™ is a series of biometric tests that are used in conjunction with your HRA to get a snapshot of your overall health. Tests may include blood pressure, percent body fat, waist circumference, Body Mass Index (BMI), height and weight. A blood sample is also collected to test your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglyceride, and glucose levels. Immediately following your screening, you will have the opportunity to review your results with an Interra Health trained and certified Health Screening Specialist. Please be prepared to fast for 10-12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Drinking water is encouraged! If you are currently taking medication, be sure to consult your physician before fasting.

PROGRAM REWARDS

Steps to CompleteGo to www.MyInterraHealth.com and enter your participant login information to access your InHealth Dashboard™.

Step 1: Click Schedule at the top of the screen to schedule your InHealth BioScreen™ appointment.

Step 2: Click Questionnaire at the top of the screen to take your InHealth Risk Assessment.™

Step 3: Attend your biometric screening. You will receive a copy of your results immediately.

Step 4: Log on to the website and click Reports at the top of the screen. You can view a more detailed report of the bioscreen and health risk assessment.
