Please check all boxes and skids to make sure you received all the parts on the packing sheet before signing for delivery.

If you need to return parts they must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Lacal may charge a restocking fee on returned parts.

All returned parts must have a return authorization number (RGA) assigned to the return. Parts returned without RGA will not receive credit.

All special order parts are non-returnable.

Lacal Equipment shall not be liable for any damages, lost items, or other expenses that may result from defective parts, nor for the payment of any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

Lacal Equipment Inc. is an aftermarket supplier of parts for street sweepers, ro-tary and fl ail mowing equipment, snowplows and refuse (garbage) trucks.

Over the years there was and still is a misconception that aftermarket parts are inferior compared to OEM (Original Equipment Parts). Lacal Equipment has been in Ohio since 1982 and we do know how to determine the difference in met-als, hardness of metals, depth of hardness, critical dimensions, tolerance and also electrical and hydraulic problems.

Lacal Equipment has equipped itself with up to date engineering techniques including Faro Arm & Solid Works, modern CNC machining centers, and lathes, modern welding equipment, and state of the art powder coating processes.

Lacal Equipment has been reconditioning all models of street sweepers, ro-tary mowers, snowplow and various other road equipment since 1982, so Lacal Equipment does understand the importance of quality parts and quality work-manship.

Special Punch Pattern Orders Ship in 1-2 Days

SIZES: Rubber Snowplow Blades are stocked in the following standard gauges: 1”x6”, 1.5”x8”, 1.5”x10”, and 1.5”x12”. Blade width selec-tion is based on equipment and operating conditions. The following guidelines may be used to determine blade width: “V” plows, 12” width; front-mounted plows, 10” width; under-body-mounted plows and graders, 8” width.

LENGTHS: The blades may be ordered, cut to any length, and slotted for mounting, to meet your exact specifi cations. Bulk users may order individual lengths or rubber blade stock in 50-ft. lengths.

BOLT HOLES: Mounting holes may be slotted or drilled. Slotting is recommended to permit blade adjustment for maximum wear and service life. Drilling is ac-ceptable in many applications where the blade is subject to an undue amount of pressure because of plow weight or abnormally high-crowned roads.

ADJUSTMENT: It is recommended that rubber snowplow blades be adjusted to the type of equip-ment on which they are installed. Front-mounted plows that ride on casters or shoes perform best with a 2” over-hang. A1” extension beyond the moldboard is suggested for unsupported front-mounted, underbody-mounted plows, and graders. They’re recommended whenever steel blades life is too short and/or blade maintenance costs are too high. Rubber blades are the ideal answer.

Rubber blades will not damage brick streets, curbs, manhole covers,

speed bumps, reflectors, etc...
