BIOMETRIC TIME AND ATTENDANCE

“The Mitrefinch Biometric Time and Attendance system works by scanning a digital representation of an employee’s unique fingerprint to record when they clock in or clock out from the machine. It stores ‘fingerprint templates’ - a digital representation of the fingerprint, not the actual fingerprint itself – so employees and supervisors alike can rest assured that privacy is protected and security maintained.

Mitrefinch can capture data from a range of biometric devices either as the sole means of registering attendance, or in combination with a swipe or fob card to gain access to pre-approved areas.

We design and manufacture our biometric terminals in-house, offering our customers maximum flexibility in design.

With Mitrefinch TMS in place, the centrally-administered database is much easier to manage than with our previous manual system. Artform Ltd

The Mitrefinch Time and Attendance software, TMS, automates this workforce management task for you – keeping your operating costs as low as possible, ensuring that the right staff are on hand to serve your customers, and that you are in compliance with employee legislation and health and safety requirements.

Our system allows you to roster staff to fixed and flexible shifts according to predefined budgets. Any subsequent roster changes will trigger a notification if the shift is in danger of exceeding budget.
