This season, I’m making caramels in five fantastic flavors:

! Himalayan Pink Salt: My take on the classic salted caramel – rich and buttery with a hint of vanilla bean. ! Honey and Calvados: A sophisticated combo of oak-aged French apple brandy and local honey. ! Maple Pecan: Toasted pecans, maple syrup, butter, and salt – what could be better? ! Rosemary and Olive Oil: Fresh rosemary from my parents’ organic garden plus fruity, floral olive oil. ! Hot Cocoa: Rich “extra brute” cocoa infused with hints of smoked chilies and cinnamon.

Please Note…

Customization: I love customizing gifts and will happily add a personalized card to your order, incorporate your business logo or company colors into my packaging, or even put together a completely unique item just for you or your business. Include your ideas with your order or send me an email and I’ll help you find the perfect customized solution!

Shipping: You do not need to include shipping addresses with your initial order. I will double-check your mailing requirements with you after I receive your order to make sure that every gift you’re sending will get to the right person at the right time.

Packaging: Your gift box will always be beautiful, but it might not look exactly the same as the picture! Sometimes the exact item I used when planning and photographing the item is discontinued or becomes temporarily unavailable. When that happens, I find a substitute that is similarly themed and gives the same “feel” to the gift.

Allergies: Zavos Custom Culinary operates in a super small kitchen filled with gluten, nuts, and dairy. All products may contain trace amounts of common allergens. If you or your gift recipient has a serious food allergy, please check out the wide range of awesome businesses in the D.C. area to find one that can better accommodate your needs.
