    American Public Gardens Association Corporate Members who sign up to exhibit will receive

    guarantee priority placement after this date.

    Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

    On or before April 1, 2016...............full refund

    April 2 May 15, 2016................50% of total fee

    After May 16, 2016......................no refund

    Additional NotesAmerican Public Gardens Association provides no opportunities for displaying or distributing

    literature to conference attendees except through exhibit booths and sponsorships. Please keep in

    mind that other materials must be distributed from your booth only.

    Exhibitor packages include two-day registration passes for two exhibit booth employees.

    If additional booth attendant registrations are needed, they must be purchased at the rate of $100

    each. This fee covers meals throughout the conference. If additional full-conference registrations are

    needed, they may be purchased at the full-conference rate based on the membership status of the

    registering attendee.
