• Installation of buried chain link skirt and surface skirt

• Height extension from 6’ to 8’ for section of fence on west side adjacent to park and tennis courts and does not border private residences

• Installation of paved aprons at the existing gates

• Improvements surrounding existing drainage culverts

• Clearing of vegetation associated with fence improvements & where it has encroached into operational fence

• Construction of gravel service road inside perimeter of operational fence for monitoring/ maintenance

o Trees currently penetrating the surface

o Trees within 6’ of the surface to account for near term growth

o Trees to be topped within screening zones along the eastern property boundary
