THE CHASSIS Robustness, comfort, crops protection, manageability « Self-propelled » type conception, the chassis of the TECNIS is designed around the wide angle steering axle. Built with double straight beams, it ensures extreme robustness, rigidity and performance from the suspension for increased stability. The chassis axle fixment is designed with the prolongation of the main chassis in mind, which also allows for perfect clearance from the drawbar to the axle to protect the crops.

The boom parallelogram system is fully suspended on nitrogen accumulators and is fitted with only one centralhigh capacity ram allowing high lift to suit every crop.

2 AXAIR high capacity chambers centrally located on the axle ensures direct suspension for increased chassis and crop protection.

The hitching U profile drawbar allows total enclosure of the jack when the Tecnis is hitched. The drawbar can be adjusted in height in the aim to suit all tractors.

The drawbar is equipped with a fixed ring as standard with optional 40 and 50 diameters, swivelling ring and spherical hitch.

Option : - Tracking and steering axle : user friendly, only linked to the tractor by a gyroscope (no mechanical or electrical link). It is driven by a proportional hydraulic valve to optimize the progressiveness and softness in the field.

Environmental advantages from smart functional tank design Light compact and resistant tanks, Rotomoulded with high density polyethylene. Tecnoma develops pioneering plastics with high technology equipment for Rotomoulding and injection, process know-how. Smooth tank wall to limit waste residues and easy cleaning. Integrated tank into the chassis to protect all equipment

The tanks symmetrical conception insures perfect stability. Access to the tanks is done via the removable ladder with an anti-slip platform and security handrail. The smart location of the rinse tank on the lowest part of the machine allows for a very low centre of gravity to ensure a perfect stability in working conditions.

Main tank : 3500, 4500 and 6000 ℓ (with a minimum of 5 % over capacity)It is designed to optimize the rinsing, allowing minimal sump residues and ensures a perfect agitation.

�4 rotating washing nozzles : Lav’ton for complete rinsing �4 agitators for a perfect chemical mixture �A Rotomoulded anti surge baffle is built in to give strength to the tank and ensure perfect rigidity. �The increased height of the tank lid secures the operator when filling. Rinsing tank : 450 and 600 ℓ Its capacity allows for a full dilution of the main tank, boom and spraying circuit for responsible waste management. A storage area is also located above it for accessories and tools.

OPERATING A conception for smart, intuitive and safe use From the implementation to the application and up to the waste management, the TECNIS performs all these operations : 2 unique multi-way valves for simple and intuitive use. This smart conception, with universal pictograms, ensures an easy use to avoid the risk of mistakes.

�The operating area is perfectly integrated into the Tecnis design and is fully protected by its security cover from the working environment �The 20 Liters low level induction hopper is fitted with a Lav’box and a rinsing gun. All the cleaning and can rinsing operations are done with clean water and can be operated when filling

For the operator security and the environment, TECNOMA offers specific options - Hose reel and lance : the user can rinse the outside of the sprayer after the application and before leaving the field

- Autonet for the sequential dilution : this system brings an economic and simple solution for waste management.

At the end of the field or at the end of the application, the user stops and activates the « Autonet » function. He indicates the quantity of clean water that he wants to transfer to the main tank. After that, the diluted chemicals will be sprayed on the field. This operation can be done many times with a small quantity of water (cf.Autonet chart).

Safe filling : - TECFLOW : anti-overfilling security. An anti overfilling sensor is linked to a buzzer and to the filling valve. When the tank is full, the sensor automatically closes the circuit

- NOVAFLOW : manages main and rinse tank filling. It consists of a console, a 2’’ flowmeter, a 2’’ motorized valve and a full tank sensor.

The user records the quantity required in the tank and starts the filling process. When the quantity selected is reached, the valve is automatically closed.As far as the anti-overfilling sensor is concerned, it automatically closes the valve as soon as the tank is full and whatever the quantity recorded.This personal assistant also helps the user to operate the multi-way valves by showing him the different operations.

- NOVAFLOW PA : it offers the same functionalities as the NOVAFLOW but offers more in terms of assistance by using electronically controlled valves.

THE REGULATION TECTRONIC/NOVATEC/NOVATOP

The regulation, the heart of the sprayer for a quality applicationWhatever your application, TECNOMA offers, for the TECNIS range, DPAE regulation.

TECTRONIC �Regulation proportional to the forward speed (DPAE). �Only one parameter to enter : Rate/Ha

NOVATEC / NOVATOP/NOVATOP VISIO / ITOP �With the NOVATEC (canbus technology) and NOVATOP and ITOP (ISOBUS 11783 technology) both are available as DPAE regulation with flowmeter. Only one control box in the cab (touchscreen for the ITOP) integrating ll regulation, hydraulic and spraying functions. Display during the application : field, rate/ha, flow, under/over dosage, forward speed. 20 fields records : surface, volume, distance sprayed �Multi-functional joystick : all functions in your hand

Option : precision farming with GPS (guidance, automatic boom section control, and mapping)

How does the TECNOMA DPAE work.All the TECNOMA DPAE regulations work with a flowmeter. Different flows are measured through the flowmeter, insensitive to pressure, viscosity or density variation. The user just needs to program the volume/ha.

DPAE NOVATEC, NOVATOP and ITOP regulations offer a « return regulation circuit ». Thanks to this system, even if the boom sections are closed, the circuit continues to regulate, so, with accuracy and immediate effect to the chemicals being applied, pressure and flow will be maintained irrespective to the numbers of boom sections in use.

The 100 mm pressure gauge is mounted direct to the spraying circuit with return to tank to avoid blockages to ensure an accurate reading at all times.

Guidance software (with EGNOS receiver and NOVATOP/ITOP controller)This system is compatible with the ISOBUS NOVATOP control box. The user can see the automatic guidance bar integrated in the screen with 30 cm of accuracy as soon as the connection to the EGNOS receiver is done : ability to work with straight or curved lines.

Moreover, it’s also possible to plug on the NOVATOP another external guidance bar with LED for increased accuracy.

THE BOOMS �Fitted on wide angle suspended parallelograms, all TECNOMA booms are able to work in all fields whatever the crop and conditions �Hydraulic functions by mean of electro-distributors (Hydraulic pump of 8 cm3 and 11 cm3 if steering axle) �Hydraulic pump and tank as standard equipment �All booms are equipped with stainless steel spray lines for a good longevity �The PENTAJET with anti-drop diaphragms is fitted with 4 nozzles in the NOZAL range (www.nozal.fr)

LVS, LVX and L3S booms are fitted with a main frame equipped with a specific transfer box « Anti-Yaw system ».

Option :Permanent boom circulation with AGP (AGP : pneumatic anti-drop system).With a permanent boom circulation, the distribution is done by pneumatic valves able to switch on/off all the nozzle holders with pneumatic anti-drip. Consequently, the product will circulate permanently in the boom. The return flow is calibrated and measured exactly with a return flowmeter. The user doesn’t need to calibrate the nozzles or even to specify the circulation mode selected.The only thing to indicate is the application rate.
