All cards are printed on lovely thick board sourced from FSC accredited forests & come with a 100% recycled kraft envelope, individually sealed in a cello bag and are blank inside.

All prints are printed onto gorgeous heavyweight (255gsm) archival Somerset Enhanced etching paper using the finest archival fade resistant inks. Each print is signed & dated & comes in a clear protective sleeve with a backing board.

By default, all payments are processed at the time of shipment. Please inquire if you’re interested in being approved for Net 30 terms (existing cus-tomers only). Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time is 2–3 days however, turnaround times may vary. Please contact us re-garding your delivery date.

SHIPPING

Carriage is paid on all domestic orders over £150 (ex. VAT). For all other orders shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Our carriers are as follows:

Domestic: UK MAILInternational: Royal Mail International Signed For, FexEx or UPS

Please notify us of any time–sensitive orders. Ex-pedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Fréya Art & design is not responsible for any car-rier delays. All orders ship are from our London studio. Any duties or customs fees are the respon-sibility of the retailer.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be post-marked within 5 days of reporting. All merchan-dise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered and, if directed, we will pro-ceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All of our products are printed on 100% FSC - certified or 100% recycled paper (the rating used to certify the most environmentally friendly pa-pers). And all our products are made & assem-bled in the UK.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up. Failure to comply may result in account termination. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
