EXCLUSIVE DESTINATIONS

The stuff that dreams are made of. Really.

Nature in its most breathtakingly beautiful and radiant state, it certainly will blow you away!

We have searched and explored extensively in order to find you the best locations for delivering TradeWinds experiences, and here is what we have to offer.

Enjoy!

Page 34: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

SOCIETY ISLANDS, FRENCH POLYNESIA

The area of French Polynesia is a mesmerizing wonderland of reef-fringed islands and translucent aqua-colored lagoons, all teeming with beauty and natural abundance.

Shamelessly chic and seductive, it is the kind of place where the rich and famous come to play and hedonistic fantasies are realized, so what an ideal destination!

Situated midway in the Pacific Ocean between South America and Australia, French Polynesia is comprised of 118 islands in the Austral, Gambier, Marquesas, Tuamotu and Society island archipelagos,

spread out over an area roughly the size of Europe. Within the Society group of islands are Bora-Bora, Raiatea, Taha’a, and Huahine, and it is here that we have based our French Polynesia operations.

34

Page 35: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

35

ANTIGUA

The island of Antigua offers a complex coastline of idyllic harbors, coves and secluded powdery, white-sand beaches. Inland, there is even a small rain forest,

where zip-line adventures can be had!

A protective wall of coral reefs scattered around the island makes it a perfect

snorkel haven. Scuba diving on wrecks and underwater cliffs make the island an attractive destination for enthusiasts from all over the globe.

35

Antigua, while a much sought-after getaway location, still offers a low-key and relaxed atmosphere – where “liming in Da Caribbean” is very much the motto of the day, every day!

Page 36: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

ST MAARTEN/ST. MARTIN, ANGUILLA AND ST. BARTHS

This charmingly peaceful dual-nation island, with the South being Dutch and the North being French, offers amazing beaches, secluded secrets, duty-free shopping, award-winning restaurants,

scuba dive sites, horse-back riding trails and more.

Incredible Anguilla: Tucked away and embraced by unrivaled exquisite beaches,

turquoise seas and subtle elegance. The natural wonder of whales, enjoying the northern plateau as a feeding and resting shelter, delight visitors with their seasonal appearances.

36

St. Barths: A fabulous mix of chic and trendy luxury beyond belief. Enchanting beaches with turtles, rays and dolphins. It’s simply paradise!

Page 37: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

37

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

A paradise-like archipelago consisting of over 60 islands, most of them uninhabited, it’s no wonder these islands call themselves “nature’s little secrets”.

Offering an incredible year-round sailing itinerary, each of the islands and islets has their own unique character and enchanting history.

Discover the diversity of breath-takingly beautiful beaches, super snorkeling hideaways and exciting opportunities for island adventures in friendly anchorages.

37

Every day in the BVI’s offers wondrous adventures, with you at the helm.

Page 38: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

ST. VINCENT & THE GRENADINES

A cluster of paradise islands tucked away in the south-eastern Caribbean, with only a few thousand inhabitants. This is truly the most “picture perfect” destination!

The Grenadines islands are strewn like jewels in a southerly direction from the mainland of St. Vincent, each one uniquely beautiful. Here you will certainly be spoilt

by a multitude of white and pink sandy beaches, lush green hills and beaches fringed with thousands of mature coconut trees, always off ering a shaded spot after a refreshing swim or kayak ashore.

38

Big Tourism has not developed the islands yet, so the landscape is perfectly un-spoiled. We strongly recommend a visit to the sanctuary of the Tobago Cays Marine Park, where turtles, rays and fi sh await.

Page 39: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

39

GUADELOUPE, FRENCH ANTILLES

Truly the French West Indies, the Guadeloupian islands are “blessed by the Gods”. Prevailing Caribbean trade winds makes this a first class sailing destination.

Here you will find turquoise waters in all shades imaginable, islands in the archipelago such as The Saints, Marie Galante and Petite Terre, each one inviting

you to discover and explore. Snorkeling and scuba diving in this breathtaking paradise is a most enjoyable pastime.

39

All this sheer beauty coupled with the French influence and friendly inhabitants makes your Guadeloupe adventure a trip of a lifetime!

Page 40: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

BOCAS DEL TORO, PANAMA

Allow yourself to “unplug” from the grid and enjoy the simplicity that life offers in this calm and slow archipelago.

The many islands and islets, which are lush and green, will surprise you with sunny beaches, coral reefs in crystal clear waters, mangrove islets and enchanting lake-like scenery.

The friendly inhabitants of the Ngobe Indian villages on the islands may visit you in their hand-made canoes and share an insight into their lifestyle, which is in pure harmony with nature.

40

The underwater scenery is sure to give snorkelers and scuba divers a generous treat. The islands offer a sanctuary for a wide range of birds and even the endangered three toed sloth.

Page 41: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

41

PLACENCIA, BELIZE

A wonderland of miles upon miles of coral-studded cays, and one of the few places in the world where you regularly encounter the world’s largest fish, the Whale Shark. Inland, other adventures await you with

jungle rivers, pristine rainforests and ancient Mayan ruins to tempt you to spend extra time here.

The sailing itinerary brims with beauty and

unspoiled sights, in fact, it is so lacking in tourists that you wonder if it’s even possible! The sheer naturalness of the lush southern Belizean coast brings out the adventure traveler in you. The snorkeling

41

and scuba diving is simply awesome! We recommend that you add some days onto your weeks cruise to discover the delights of Belize, perhaps staying at one of our associated resorts or Robert’s Grove, located at our yachting base.

Page 42: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

LEFKAS, GREECE4242

For our incredible itinerary through the Greek Ionian islands, we have handpicked our favorite authentic harbors, secluded coves and wonderful beaches with idyllic emerald, turquoise or deep blue waters

for you to discover. Sail by picturesque villages on sloping mountainsides adorned with cascades of bougainvillea. To add to the fascination, recall the ancient tales of heroism and deceit, as the

Greek mythology certainly still surrounds the islands.

The villages along your route offer you a matchless blend of island simplicity as well

as access to the modern conveniences you are accustomed to.

Page 43: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

Turkey offers just about everything, from luxury shopping and world-class restaurants, to the ruins of ancient castles and sandy beaches – which all showcase the contrast between Turkey’s past and its

vibrant contemporary presence.

During your week aboard, visit peaceful fishing villages in stunning bays, snorkel in crystal-clear waters – a myriad of

fascinating sea life awaits. The surrounding region is renowned for its rich harvest of almonds, fragrant herbs and delicious pine honey.

Bring your walking shoes, for there are plenty of opportunities to explore the remains of ancient cities.

DREAM

|drēm|(verb) To have a deep aspiration. To regard something as feasible or practical. (noun) A condition or achievement that is longed for and that is exceptionally gratifying, excellent, or beautiful.

At TradeWinds, this has been at the forefront of all that we do for quite some time: Dreamin’. It all starts with a dream when you think of it, does it not? In 1998, we launched Turquoise Dreams, our fi rst ever yacht.

This part of our off ering entitled DREAM is where we go a little wild and think outside the box. Diff erent experiences, where some off ers will perhaps only last for a limited period of time, and then be replaced by new ones. Just like dreams.

So go ahead and enjoy them now!

48

Page 49: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

A journey of discovery has begun. A circumnavigation, spanning a time frame of more than seven years – what an exciting project!

We have been looking forward to making this dream a reality for our Members and guests for quite some time now, and here we are. Wanderlust, a TradeWinds 59 launched in May of 2012, is our adventure vessel for our journey of discovery around the world! We will visit so many countries and places along the way, some located in easy to reach locations, and some in such remote areas that they can easily be termed “virgin territories”.

Some of the dates and/or destinations will perhaps require to be altered along the way for legal, political, natural or other causes, which could develop during the journey. However, should we need to make changes in the route along the way, we are certain that whatever alternatives that will replace the original ones will be equally exciting as the planned ones.

Somehow, isn’t that what makes a journey like this so exciting?

In May of 2013, we welcomed our fi rst guests onboard Wanderlust in French Polynesia, and thereafter the journey continued to include the Bay of Islands in New Zealand and the Kingdom of Tonga in 2014, and the response has been overwhelming. But how could it be any diff erent, sailing the dreamy region known as the South Pacifi c?

2015 will be “The Year of Australia” for Wanderlust, with an initial period spent in Sydney and it’s breathtaking Harbour followed by The Whitsunday Islands later in the year.

ABACOS,THE BAHAMAS

With 29 islands, 661 cays and nearly 2,400 islets, The Bahamas is truly a sailor’s paradise steeped in both history and lore.

The Bahamian base for this adventure is located on Great Abaco Island at Marsh Harbour, and serves as the gateway to the stellar sailing grounds the islands offer.

The Abacos chain is formed in a boomerang shape and stretches nearly 130 miles from Walkers Cay in the north, to Hole-in-the-Wall in the south. The islands lie roughly 175 miles east of Palm Beach, Florida, and 106 miles north of Nassau, and is easily reached due to its proximity to the US east coast.

In 2015, the Abacos will be available from February throughout the year until the end of November, and after that it will be time to decide if it becomes a permanent TradeWinds base.

THE SAN BLAS ARCHIPELAGO

The 378 islands of the San Blas Archipelago are strung out along the Caribbean coast of Panama, where only 49 of them are inhabited by the indigenous Kuna Indians.

In the spring of 2013, we pioneered an adventure trip to visit these islands, and the comments from the guests were so overwhelmingly positive that we wanted to share this experience with more of our Members and guests. Therefore, we have decided to offer this “lifestyle charter” on a shared basis to all TradeWinds Members. On selected dates in 2015 and 2016, you will be able to explore these fantastic islands with us, and board in Colón, Panama, where this adventure charter starts and finishes. LET’S GO!

So … are you ready for the adventures to begin? Are you planning to book just a cabin on a shared charter, or a big party including lots of people? Just cruising, or land based activities too? It can all be arranged.

Over the next few pages, to clarify the booking process, we have outlined the three diff erent ways in which you can utilize your membership to book vacation alternatives with TradeWinds for yourselves, friends or family:

• Regular PP bookings• Late Breaks• Member Referrals

Let’s go!

Page 72: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

We hope that you agree with us that as a TradeWinds Member, there are so many exciting experiences available for you to enjoy! In order to simplify the process of booking, we have created our own internal currency: TradeWinds Plus Points (PP).

As a Member, you will have purchased a fi xed number of points from us. To use them is simple, as it works just like a regular bank account. The PP you have in your PP account can be used for bookings now, or you can save them for later usage.

There are very few restrictions of usage. In theory, you could use all your points for one big event (like a big birthday celebration, booking two or three full yachts for a week or two), or take it slower and use them over time. One year you will book more vacation time, and then perhaps over a few years, reserve space at a lower pace. This is where the fl exibility of our program really helps you to plan into the future.

Lots of sailing, or just the occasional adventure, it’s all up to you! Once you decide where and when you want to go, you can book sailing directly on our Members site, where you can check for availability, reserve space and fi nd helpful information on the experiences we off er. Alternatively, you may contact

PLUS POINTSBOOKINGS

Page 73: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

our reservation team for assistance by email or phone. Please just make sure that your maintenance fee payment relating to the PP reservation that you want to make is up to date – then you are ready to go!

In case you run out of PP at any stage, please make your crew aware of this on your next cruise, as they will help you with that. The pricing structure of our PP is really quite simple: the more PP you purchase at any one time, the less expensive it is per point. So if you already know now that you will want to do a lot of sailing with TradeWinds, consider the package that best suits your needs. The crew onboard our yachts will be more than happy to assist you with any question you might have relating to your PP account.

Whether you wish to come sailing with us or book a land based vacation using your points, please contact us to book your dream vacation!

Over the next two pages, you will fi nd further exciting alternatives of how to book sailing with us. These options will not cost you any points at all. In fact, you might earn some instead …

Page 74: 2015 TradeWinds Member Benefits

74

LATE BREAKS You can gain enormous additional value from your TradeWinds Membership, if your schedule allows you a certain flexibility.

Flagship, Luxury & Cruising Class: Available to TradeWinds Members, upon payment of maintenance fee and all-inclusive fee.

• Only TradeWinds Members qualify for Late Breaks, and these are not transferrable.
