Terms & Conditions: Terms of the sale are cash or good check made payable immediately after the sale and before any cattle are load-ed. Settlement is to be made before cattle are removed from the premises. Billed (absentee) accounts are payable in full by November 28th and are subject to a monthly 2% finance charge unless prior arrangements have been made. A $50.00 fee will be assessed to all returned checks.

Mailed Bids:Mailed or telephone bids will be handled in a confidential manner. If you are unable to attend, simply contact the sale managers, consultants, or owners in order to leave your bids.

Health:Each animal will have a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states.

Registrations:Please let the clerks know how you would like your pur-chases transferred. All cattle listed as registered will sell with papers, unregistered cattle will not be papered.Liability:Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the seller for a reasonable amount of time. This year’s offering is complete with a deep set of Open Show Heifer & Show Steer Prospects as well as a great set of bred heifers. As you study this catalog you will see that the cattle represented are diverse in terms of pedigree but the focus on quality is consistent throughout the whole offering. Cattle who have sold in this sale in the past have gone on to work extremely well for their new own-ers, which has allowed us to do what we love. Some of our past sale successes include the Champion Steer at the WV & AZ State Fairs, as well as multiple Champion Steers and Heifers at local County Fairs. Females from this sale have also gone on to pro-duce tremendous returns for their new owners not only in the pasture but also in the donor pen. We selected this girl’s dam at the NWSS Simmental Sale this spring. Her dam was 5th Overall Bred and Owned at the Junior Nationals and Reserve Division Champion at the Iowa State Fair. This group of Spring bred heifers where hand selected out of a group of over 250 head based on docility, eye-appeal, structural correctness, and fleshing ability. All of these females ran with a group of Calving Ease Angus bulls from 5/1 till 8/1/15 and were pregnancy checked on 9/3/15. The cattle represented here are of the utmost quality and will make great additions to any operation, regardless of if your goal is to raise top level show cattle or put pounds on your calf crop in a commercial setting. The cattle represented are

mostly Angus by breeding with a small group of Charolais Crosses and F1 Herefords represented.
