TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Purchase Order Acceptance - All orders including pricing and individual terms and conditions are subject to final acceptance by Outback

Flashlights LLC (Outback). Orders will only be accepted from Outback Authorized Dealers (Dealers).2. Pricing and Taxes - Refer to Outback Wholesale Pricing Sheet for current pricing. Prices listed do not include sales or other taxes. Dealers are

subject to sales tax as required by state and/or federal government regulations.3. Payment Terms - Net 30 on approved credit otherwise prepaid before shipping.4. Warranty - All Outback flashlights are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or failure for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty

covers all manufacturer defects, but does not include batteries or failures related to physical abuse, misuse, improper use or alterations. If a flashlight fails to operate as designed please return the light to 480 S. Geneva Road Orem, UT 84058 at customer expense and Outback will repair or replace the light at its discretion and return it to the customer at Outback’s expense.

5. Freight Terms - All dealer orders of $300 USD (lower 48 states) or more will be shipped freight prepaid by Outback. Outback retains the right to use its own discretion in routing shipments for which Outback assumes freight charges. If Dealer requests a different or more costly shipping method, all costs associated with shipment will be charged to the Dealer. If the total value of a Dealer order is less than $300 USD, freight costs will be added to the Outback invoice and charged to the Dealer, unless the Dealer provides a collect shipping method, with account and routing information.

6. Cancellation - Cancellation of an order requires 24-hr notice. Any costs incurred due to late cancellation will be charged to the Dealer.7. Returns - Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must be packed and shipped properly and delivered to Outback in new, re-sell

able condition. Dealer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. All returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) which may only be issued by an authorized Outback agent.
