I have reviewed your request and can provide you with the following cost estimate. In your letter, you request “the personnel file” and then additionally request the “current

Appointment, Oath and Order.”

The Appointment, Oath and Order is part of the personnel file. If those are truly the only

documents you are interested in, they can be provided free of charge. If you want the entire

personnel file, it will cost approximately $50 to produce, in accordance with §119.07(4)(a)&

(d).
