FAQSDescribe your placement fee terms: For the direct placement of employees the service provider’s fee to the customer will be equal to 20% of the placed candidate’s 1st year starting salary including bonuses. Each employee that the customer hires from the service provider will have a one-time 90 day replacement guarantee. Direct placement invoices will be issued upon a fully ex-ecuted offer letter regardless of the candidates start date. Replacement guarantee is not in effect if there are any outstanding invoices that are late or that have yet to be fully satisfied.
Describe your Contract to Perm terms: Hours are based on total amount of hours worked during the contract. 0-520 hours worked: 20% conversion fee- The service provider’s fee to the customer will be equal to 20% of the placed can-didate’s 1st year starting salary including bonuses. 521-1040 hours worked: 10% conversion fee - The service provider’s fee to the customer will be equal to 10% of the placed candidate’s 1st year starting salary including bonuses. 1040+ hours worked: 0% conversion fee - The service provid-er’s fee to the customer will be equal to 0% of the placed candidate’s 1st year starting salary includ-ing bonuses.
Describe any benefit programs you offer your placements: We offer full health, medical, dental, vision and 401k benefit programs to our placements. We also assist during the transition with resignation, relocation and transportation to and from the airport.
Describe your processes to recruit: Mul-tiple methods: Internal Database, Job boards,
Online Advertising, Social Media, In Person Net-working Events, User Groups, Conferences and personal networks. We have access to over 150 million resumes nationwide.
Describe how your firm attracts and finds talent: Our Technology Specialization. We specialize in I.T. Staffing and Recruiting and have access to over 150 million resumes world-wide. Our recruiting approach is twofold: (1) We are very well entrenched into the local market and are typically able to deliver the hard to find candi-dates that are not readily available from basic job board advertising (2) Our internal staff has techni-cal training that is able to drill down and qualify candidates much more fully and thoroughly that your standard staffing company.
