Our Blue Star events have been successful, exceeding over 2 million children, parents and grandparents at the “Discover the Dinosaurs” show.

DISCOVER EXHIBIT

If your looking for something new, different and unique Discover the Dinosaurs is your top option. We provide a dinosaur show that will “WOW” your guests. Please review our proposed exhibit for your fair.

Your attendees will enjoy:

Over 12 - 30 animatronic dinosaurs and multiple scenes. Some of the dinosaurs in the exhibit come to life with sound and movement. Discover the Dinosaurs features a walk through exhibit that consists of multiple dinosaur scenes. Each scene represents dinosaurs from a period of time that best reflects when the dinosaurs lived.

A few dinosaurs may be showcased outside of the tent to attract new visitors and for “selfie” opportunities.

Some additional activities maybe included such as; dinosaur dig, dinosaurs rides, face painting and gem & fossil panning.

Discover the Dinosaur souvenir store has every dinosaur item your guests can imagine and is a part of our touring dinosaur exhibit experience. The store carries unique and top brand products that are proven winners with quests.

Optional ACTIVITIES

Discover the Dinosaurs exhibit showcased at special events have an option of the following activities:

1. Guest can ride on the back of the T-Rex. This is typically showcased outside of the tent to manage the lines.

2. Guest can purchase a mining bag and step up to the sluice and shake out the sand into the screen box, panning in the running water to reveals the gems and fossils. This is typically showcased outside of the tent to manage the lines.

3. Guest can get their face painted. Our professional face painters offer simple dinosaur designs to full-face painting for purchase. Our dinosaur designs are fun; leaving smiles and a memorable impression that goes home with your guest.

4. Guest can experience being a Jr. Paleontologist, guests can brush away sand to reveal dinosaur fossils beneath.

5. Live music and dancing outside of the tent.

SYSTEMATIC MARKETING CAMPAIGN

We provide all of the production and marketing material you need for Discover the Dinosaurs interactive exhibit.

Our marketing approach:

• Discover the Dinosaurs commercial (customized for your state or county fair) Discover the Dinosaurs commercials have been so successful we have sold over $40 million dollars in admissions – in less than two years!

• We partner with local businesses in your area to help promote the event.

• We utilize social media to promote our event and your fair. This includes partnering with other Facebook pages to create a awareness of our events.

• We partner with local news stations to promote the event and gain awareness of your fair.

Blue Star Media, LLC award winning dinosaur exhibits, delighted and thrilled fairgoers at the 2014 Great New York State Fair. Partnering with the fair to showcase this new one of a kind event, "Discover the Dinosaurs" generated over 27,000 in attendance and won the "Blue Ribbon Award for Best Attraction".

It's no secret, in 2015 dinosaurs will be larger than life, and the buzz created by TV & film will attract many new fairgoers to experience dinosaurs.

Blue Star Media, LLC exhibits:

Investment: Blue Star Media, LLC seeks an agreement and licensing fee (per year) for the Discover the Dinosaurs/Ice Age Exhibit. We require your fair to cover all of the travel expenses and some of the operational cost, which includes electricity, scissors lift and fork lifts.

Blue Star Media, LLC needs the ability to sell admission tickets, keep 100% of the revenue generated from the “Discover the Dinosaurs” tickets until reaching a revenue target. After agreed amount in revenue is reached from tickets sold, Blue Star Media will provide a revenue sharing opportunity. Blue Star will give your fair a chance to make a profit from this attraction on top of the revenue we generate from increase traffic we attract to your fair. Blue Star Media, LLC will agree to a percentage split of ticket revenue only after we reach agreed amount in revenue.

Technical:Blue Star Media, LLC will provide all of the lighting, sound equipment and backdrops for the scenes.

Advertisement:

Our event needs to be featured in all of radio and TV advertisements.

Your fair is responsible for the associated cost of all TV, and Print advertising. Blue Star will help purchase radio advertisement and will help develop a creative commercial/strategy for your fair advertisements and PR draft at no cost to your fair.

Your fair needs to supply signage for the dinosaur exhibit throughout the fair.

Partnership:Blue Star will partner with local businesses in your area to promote the event, utilize social media to promote our event and your fair. This includes partnering with other Facebook pages to create a awareness of our events. Blue Star will also partner with local news stations to promote the event and gain awareness of your fair..

Blue Star Media will provide 50 complimentary tickets to use for promotional purposes and for charity purposes.

technical informationElectrical:

35-40 110 Volt Power Drops

4-10 Dinosaur Exhibit Scenes:

Each scene requiring one power drop that uses less than 8 amps. There will be 10-12 power drops.

4 Trusses are hung above the Dinosaur Exhibit Scenes: These trusses with attached lights are to improve lighting of Dinosaur exhibits.

Note: It requires 2-4 hours to place trusses to proper rigging points. 5-10 LED per truss.

Note: BSM Staff has certified riggers on staff. In addition, BSM Staff has certified operators for Scissor, Boom and Fork Lifts.

Setup:

The Discover the Dinosaur exhibit takes approximately 3 days to setup the show and 3 days to take down.

Lighting:

Venue lighting is very important in providing the proper atmosphere for Blue Star Productions’ (BSP) the Discover the Dinosaur Event.

Dinosaur Exhibit Area:

The venue lights need to be dimmed, if not turned off, to properly allow for each Dinosaur Scene to provide a dramatic effect for our customers. We use a number of LED lights from the floor and trusses to light each Dinosaur Scene and exhibit pathways. Our skilled show crew will work closely with each venues team to achieve this desired lighting effect.
