JOB DESCRIPTION
Main responsibilities
Servicing
Provide day-to-day assistance and issue resolution to all broadcast partners relatedmatters.
Organization and coordination of on-boarding and education sessions for new broadcastpartners to ensure smooth integration into the Olympic Movement, the IOC administrationand its stakeholders.
Liaise with TMS or IOC functions responsible for broadcast partners rights delivery (e.g.Rights Activation team, hospitality assets, etc.).
Liaise with broadcast partners to collect relevant information from, pre-Games and post-
Games (e.g. promotional plans, ratings information, etc.). Liaise with broadcast partners to monitor and ensure delivery of broadcast partners
contractual commitments. Assist in TMS Games time hospitality/guest programme for broadcast partners and new
business prospective clients. Organisation of post-Games debrief sessions with Broadcast Partners. Contribute to the development of commercial guidelines impacting and/or related to
broadcast partners and ensure implementation of the same (e.g. News Access Rules,Digital Media Guidelines, Olympic Themed Programming, etc.).
Rights Protection
Support to the Rights Protection and Monitoring Programme aimed at protecting broadcast
partners against illegal streaming/piracy, ambush, unauthorised association, etc. Collaborate and liaise with the TMS Rights Protection team on all matters related to
broadcast partners.
Sales and negotiation
Support and assistance to the Broadcast & Media team in the sales and negotiation ofbroadcast and media rights related to the Olympic Games, Youth Olympic Games.
Preparation of sales support (presentations, etc.) and tender documents.

Responsible for servicing, supportingand protecting the broadcast partners ofthe IOC.
Each employee is responsible for the smooth running of hisor her section and for keeping his or her competences up to
date in line with the IOCs training policy.
In addition, each employee may be asked to take onresponsibilities other than those required by the job if
particular circumstances so require.

Training and language and IT skills
University degree or equivalent in business school or related field. Higher educationqualification or equivalent (Masters degree, etc.) a plus.
Minimum 5 years in a commercial business environment, preferably working for abroadcaster, sports agency or sports governing body.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the worldwide broadcast and media industry. English fluency both spoken and written; French and/other language an asset. Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and of corporate tools and compliance
with internal usage rules (Livelink, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with the Olympic Movement, a plus.
Technical, organisational and personal competences
Ability to clearly and credibly express ideas or facts orally and in writing.
Positive, can-do attitude, open-mindedness, willing to take on new responsibilities, asrequired.
