Vegaviana housing is reinterpreted. As it is part of a courtyard, now partially covered from which you access the premises. It serves as a filter between the living area and work area.
The spaces are located in a degradation of uses. That is, from the most public to the most private, from the entrance to the rooms. This sequence of spaces is understood both in plan and section.
The spaces are designed without corridors linking them, rather by the direct passage from one to another. This is achieved by placing a “furniture” that articulate transit inhabited by the house. This furniture is arranged in the space to which they will serve. We are talking about epacios servers and served spaces.
Access to space is made diagonally so that you always have a different view of the house, never get to see a whole and each space is different, different sizes, depending on the application, different openings, different views , different service spaces.
“A valid order adapts to the circumstantial contradictions of a complex reality. Both adapts as it is imposed. This mode supports “control and spontaneity”, “correction and comfort” -the improvisation within the whole. Tolerates modifications and arrangements. No fixed laws in architecture, but not all will be well in a building or a city. The architect must decide, for those subtle valuations are among its main functions. You must determine what can not be touched and which is capable of arrangements; granted what, where and how. “
Robert Venturi. Complexity and Contradiction.

1. ARRIVAL MERCHANDISE
The complex of the cooperative based on the premise of integrating and building back the School Chapel of the Quinta. The buildings are arranged in such a way that involve educational gardens. All blocks open to views of the field, serving the sunlight, leaving the large square of educational gardens south, so they can collect the most hours of sunshine. All large trees that are in the vicinity of the School-Chapel is also respected.
The interior layout of the blocks thinks from the functional logic of the Cooperative. A route so that the goods completely covers the two new blocks are created. It is the southernmost block in which the entire process of reception, storage and handling is done, as it is in the second block in which exposure and purchase / sale of goods is completed. School-Chapel recovers back its use of workshops and classrooms.
