Access, Equity, and Diversity (AED) Center

Vision Statement The Access, Equity, and Diversity Center was created to prepare Kishwaukee College stakeholders to thrive in a diverse and global world.

Mission Statement The Access, Equity, and Diversity Center provides and supports workshops, programs, and events that promote diversity education, multicultural awareness, and social justice, collaborates with the appropriate entities in developing strategic objectives and administering initiatives to increase the recruitment and success of underrepresented students and em-ployees, and collect and analyze campus data and other resources to identify best practices and recommend policies and procedures to create an inclusive campus for Kishwaukee College affiliates.
