NAR 14 SYSTEM 1ST PHASE (C & JAVA FUNDAMENTAL)

Subject Training:C Data Structure Java I Java II

Each Subject consists of:

• 4 Sessions. Each session consists of 2 shifts: 1st Shift : Delivery Material 2nd Shift : Case Solving (Onsite Case + Additional Case)

• Level Up Test (1 Shift) Criteria:

• Attitude Point (based on attendance & attitude)

• Pre-training Point (based on score of onsite case & level up test)

• Additional Point (based on score of additional case)

NAR 14 SYSTEM 2ND PHASE (SCHEDULED PRESENTATION SKILL)

Trainee will be scheduled to do presentation

Trainee can choose from list of materials (SAT Pre-Training)

Trainee will have 20 minutes for presentation

• 10 minutes - Teaching Simulation

• 5 minutes - Answer Questions

• 5 minutes - Input/Comment from trainer

Criteria:

• Voice

• Understanding Presentation Material

• Class Control

NAR 14 SYSTEM 3RD PHASE (DATABASE FUNDAMENTAL)

Subject Training:Database

There are:

• 6 Sessions. Each session consists of 2 shifts: 1st Shift : Delivery Material

2nd Shift : Case Solving (Onsite Case + Additional Case) +

Onsite Presentation (20 Minutes)

• Level Up Test (1 Shift)

Criteria:

• Attitude Point (based on attendance & attitude)

• Pre-training Point (based on score of onsite case & level up test)

• Presentation Point (based on onsite presentation)

• Additional Point (based on score of additional case)

4th Phase (Psycho & BA Test) Trainee will be scheduled to do Psycho and BA Test

5th Phase (Interview)Trainee will be scheduled to interview

6th Phase (Core Training )Full Day Training (±30 days) 07.00 – 17.00

Onsite Case Case will be given every session

Case must be submitted on the same day
