    Expect the President to defend hisadministration. Calculated jabs against a co-equal branch is expectable.

    Binay is somewhere in the halls of Congress,content with how he masterfully navigatescurrent Philippine political situation,unscathed.

    Our democracy is still in its teenage years, andlike any teenager looking for itsidentityexpect it to be noisy andrambunctious.
