Center Bistro, where you’ll find delicious burgers, hot dogs, chicken and more.

BECAUSE GOOD FOOD SHOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU TOO.

RMU Dining Services’ Food Gold Standards ensure that we provide only the freshest and most nutritious meals.

• Fresh vegetables daily • USDA Choice meats or above • Fresh fruits available daily • Foods prepared from scratch • No microwave cooking

Under our FarmSource® program, with assistance from organizations like Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, we are able to enhance the freshness and quality of our product offerings without compromising our commitment to food safety, while supporting the local agricultural community. We utilize only suppliers and growers who follow the high standards set forth by regulatory agencies like the FDA, the Pennsylvania State Department of Agriculture and local health departments.
