Dear Annunciation Greek School Parents:

On behalf of the teaching staff, the School Committee, the PTA and Father Evan Evangelidis, I would like tocongratulate you and your children on the completion of another successful year of Hellenic Studies. You havededicated time and labor throughout the year because you recognize the importance of Greek language and culturein your childrens academic and personal life.

As we all know, learning and improving the Greek language and culture is not only a matter of 30 to 35 weeksduring a school year. It requires a long-term commitment and conscientious effort on the parents part to offer theirchildren opportunities of constant contact with both. We should take advantage of the plethora of informationavailable to us today through a variety of multimedia tools to expose our children to the Greek language on a dailybasis. The internet offers many Greek language programs/lessons that your children could explore and practiceduring the summer.

Our schedule for the upcoming school year, 2014-15, as well as the necessary registration documents have beenprepared and are included in this packet. We kindly ask you to follow the procedure and register your children in a

timely manner. According to our schedule, Pre-K and Kindergarten students attend language/culture class once perweek for two hours. First to eighth grade students attend language/culture classes twice a week for two hours eachday. Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old by December 31, 2014 and toilet trainedprior to their enrollingin the program.

Early Registrationwill take place between June 1, 2014 and June 30, 2014in the church gym during coffee hourfollowing Divine Liturgy and in the church office at all other times. A $100 registration fee per student will beapplied if registration form and full payment are not received by June 30th.Late Registrationwill take place between, July 1, 2014 andSeptember 7, 2014. Regular Classes will begin on

Tuesday, September 9, 2014.

Tuition for the 2014-2015 school year is as follows:

Grades 1 - 8 tuition is $775per student.Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten tuition is $675per student.For families with more than one student, discounted tuition is offered.Families must be stewards in good standing of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of Stamford as of

the registration date.

Please note that students will not be allowed to attend classes if their stewardship and tuition have not been paid

in full by September 2nd.
