WELCOME TO THE NORWICH WOMEN’S CLUB

SPRING GALA AND SILENT AUCTION

It is with great anticipation, excitement and pride that we welcome you to the 2013 Spring Gala. This is the event that, with your help, will allow us to fund our community grants that support so many worthwhile Norwich projects. The enthusiastic response to this event has been gratifying. Last year, our first annual Spring Gala, was a great success. As a result of the generosity of the Norwich community, we were able to distribute more than $21,000 in community grants. We are relying on the continued generosity of the Upper Valley community to top last year’s results. So many people have worked so hard to ensure the success of this year’s Gala. I would like to offer a great big thank you to the Spring Gala Committee, the many gener-ous and creative donors to our auction, Ledyard National Bank for their financial support and to all of you who support our efforts. We invite you to browse through the auction catalog, have a drink with your neighbors and friends, feast on the delicious goodies, and bid… and then bid again! Every winning bid will let you go home with something to add to your house, provide you with a unique vacation, a fun experience, or an unusual party or fabulous feast to enjoy with your friends or family. But even more important, one hundred percent of every dollar raised will go back to supporting our community through the NWC Community grants. We would like to extend our congratulations to The Fraser Family of Dan & Whit’s, the very popular winner of this year’s Norwich Citizen of the Year for Community Service. Have a great evening! Arline Rotman President Norwich Women’s Club
