ULTRACOOLStay Cool with All-Stars UltraCool venting which allows heat to escape away from your body while fresh air returns! Handpicked foam layers were se-lected based on their wicking and cooling properties. This lightweight technology keeps you cool and can be found throughout most of All-Stars performance product line.

AEGIS MICROBE SHIELdIf your team shares helmets or other gear, be sure they are treated with the AEGIS Microbe Shield. AE-GIS kills 99.99% of the deadly MRSA bacteria and eliminates odors and stains caused by bacteria and fungi. AEGIS treatment is a standard feature in all our foams and fabrics, and lasts for the lifetime of the product.

I-BAR VISIONThis patented cage design improves the catchers vi-sion by using a flat I-Bar wire for the horizontal frame members rather than a wide round wire. This tech-nology increases vision and cage strength behind the plate or at bat.

ACTIVE TRACKINGSimulating the movement of your knee cap, the Ac-tive Tracking system dynamically positions the triple knee throughout the legs entire range of mo-tion. Only available in pro series leg guard models. Patent pending.

QUAdGUARdExtensions protect the thigh and quad muscles when blocking wild pitches. Topped with low rebound foam. Available only on the LG23WPRO. Patent pending.

PATELLA PLUSThe Patella Plus helps support and protect a catch-ers knees from repeated abuse. The pad is fully ad-justable so the player can cradle his/her knee. Gel Tech foam in the center absorbs shocks directed at the knee cap.

PATELLA PLUS d3OA layer of gel throughout the knee pads offers higher impact absorption and increased longevity for re-peated drops to the knees. Developed closely with pro catchers who are hard on their knees during daily blocking drills.

dELTA FLExAll-Stars exclusive Delta Flex technology de-scribes a family of harnesses for our chest protectors, traditional face masks, and leg guards. Stretchable harnesses securely hold equipment to the players body in the proper positions, increase comfort, and enhance mobility.

    All-Star products are covered by the following U.S. patents: 6,021,528 - 5,953,761 - D412,376 - 5,873,133 - 5,159,715 - 4,692,946 D297,178 - 5,815,847 - 6,182,299 - 5,737,770 - 5,634,211 - 5,623,729

All-Star Sporting Goods and Baseball America want to recognize todays hardest working minor league catchers for their abilities as a backstop. Inspired by the catching skills and character of Jason Varitek, this watch is only about catching and who plays the position to the fullest both on and off the field.

This awards main focus is the players defensive strengths, not just offensive abilities. The best catchers are detail-oriented and driven to improve their performance behind the plate. Leadership, dedication, the ability to call a game, blocking, receiving, making plays and the ultimate goal - protecting home - are the primary qualities the award seeks to recognize.

The magazine is published biweekly (with one double issue at the end of the

  • 6EQUIPMENT SIZING GUIdEProper fit. Its a really simple concept but very hard to do right. Above all, proper fit is paramount for protective equipment. Without this quality, risk of injury and discomfort

greatly increase. With so many catchers of different shapes and sizes, it is a must that we develop gear which can be individually customized to ensure proper fit. Our gear

works with the player, not against. With fit properly dialed in, a player can direct all focus to the game and not a chest protector which keeps dropping too low.

  • 7CHEST PROTECTOR SIZING + FITTING:

All-Star chest protectors are measured from the top of the sternum to a players naval.

Depending on chest protector model, All-Star chest protectors are available in 9, 13, 14.5, 15.5, and 16.5 inch lengths. If the player measures in between chest protector lengths it is recommended to se-lect the longer length.

The chest protector should fit high, with the throat guard over the base of the neck.

Because the DeltaFlex harness is adjustable in 4 different locations you can dial in a fit that is perfect for you.
