Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 55 points within the Pre-Application & Threshold Questions Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle.

130 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle.
