2013 BASLC REFERENCE GUIDE

WELCOMEWelcome to the GSI Burl A. Shuler Learning Center Training Reference Guide. This will serve as a resource for all scheduled training in the BASLC. If you need additional copies, you may download electronic copies from the BASLC website (www.gsiag.com/baslc).

OUR PROGRAMOur program this year was constructed by data collected from our surveys. We hope to continue adding value by providing a program that will meet the needs in a growing service industry, and provide oppor-tunities to develop skilled, well trained employees. As our training program evolves, we plan to add addi-tional web-based training for our remote and international customers as well.

OUR TEAMThe cost of acquiring a new customer is five times that of retaining an existing one. Businesses lose an estimated $83 billion each year when customers abandon purchases after poor service. Our training staff is committed to excellence! It is our goal to add value to your business by providing the tools necessary for developing confident, knowledgeable employees, who in return will have the ability to offer outstanding customer service with integrity!
