ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The investigation revealed that the occupants of 800 Shade Tree Court noticed smoke coming from the pre-fab chimney. Prior to the fire department's arrival, the fire had spread up the side of the house, causing approximately $100,000.00 to the structure of the house. There was no injuries reported.
