How we collect information from the Ministries and Agencies: Inventory Administrative System
Measuring eGovernment take-up
The Inventory Administrative System was established in 1993 in the Law 30/1992 for compiling the administrative procedures of the National Government based on software applications
After the approval of the Law 11/2007, the system was a critical success factor in the implementation of the law. The degree of online availability of each procedure was tracking during the transition phase of the law
According with the National Interoperability framework, Ministries and Agencies have the obligation to maintain the information of the system, including the data about the usage of each procedure in each channel
