    JMC completed following in building foot print area:

    Retaining wall from LGF to GF 99% completed.

    Pour-1 & 2 FF Slab concreting completed.

    Pour-3 FF Slab works 95% completed.

    Pour-4 & 5 FF Slab shuttering work 70% and reinforcement30% completed.

    Pour - 6 FF columns works in progress.

    Pour -1 SF column works in progress.

    South & East side retaining wall - External membrane waterproofing works 35% to complete.

    2nd Tower Crane erection completed.

    Schedule:

    FF slab completion anticipated on 25th Apr 12 is deferred till10th May 12 due to insufficient manpower and outsourced

    RMC. JMC to fulf ill resources and manpower as committed in

    management meeting held on 27 th April 12.

    Contractual: NA

    Procurement:

    Plumbing and fire fighting packages under review.

    Team reviewed on Lift Vendors Technical specifications for

    further process.

    Works planned

    JMC to complete following in building foot print area:

    Lift core area GF slab concreting to complete.

    Pour-3 & 4 FF Slab concreting to complete.

    Pour- 5 FF Slab works 90% to complete.

    Pour 6 FF columns to complete

    Pour 1 SF columns to complete

    Pour 2 SF columns 40% to completeSouth & East side retaining wall - External membrane

    water proofing works 40% to complete.

    Back filling works to re-start with outsourced Murrum.

    Schedule:

    JMC to submit Micro schedule as per the committeddates considering 14 days slab cycle.

    Quality & Safety:

    JMC submitted 7 days design mix report for Ultra tech cementand to share for 28 days for consultant review.

    SYN issued NCRs15 & 16 on 26th Apr 12 , JMC to take

    immediate action to rectify the same.

    SYN generated Internal Quality and safety Audit report -02 andfulfilled by site team .

    DNIPL shared material test certificates for cement .

    SYN highlighted on material stacking and safety measures onsite for JMC action.

    QS/Billing/Variations:

    SYN shared status on RA bills pending payment to DNIPL on27th Apr 12 for necessary action. DNIPL released payments for:

    RA-05 Adhoc for 54.73 lakhs RA-05 Final for 6.47 lakhs

    SYN shared the outsource Murrum quantities to DNIPL forapproval.

    Other Important :

    Meeting with JMC higher management was held on 27 th Apr 12

    for discussing slab concreting delays and insufficient resources.

    DNIPL shared interior layout, Conserve is planning IGBCdesign review submission on 2nd May 12.

    RSP team approved on 6th Floor Shuttering shared by PSC forfurther process.

    SYN shared comments on Atrium drawings for RSP review and

    incorporation.

    RSP services shared Basement ventilation as separatepackage for review on 26th Apr 12.

    RSP services shared hard copies for tender drawings of fire

    fighting, Electrical, plumbing and HVAC low side packages.

    Quality &Safety

    2nd Tower Crane 3rd party test certificate to besubmitted for operation.

    JMC to closed balance NCRs by 7th May 12.

    JMC to submit 3rd party design mix with 100% ROBO

    sand .

    JMC to increase team exclusively for housekeeping

    works at site.

    QS/Billing/Variations

    DNIPL to release payments for following:

    RA-06 Adhoc for 53.54 lakhs

    RA-06 Final for 24.11 lakhs

    NT-Item 02 for 3.64 lakhs

    DNIPL to approved the quantity of outsource Murrumsubmitted for the back filling works.

    Reinforcement steel indent 574MT, part PO to bereleased by DNIPL.

    Other Important:

    RSP services to review on design requirements forAtrium to share preliminary schemes.

    RSP Arch to share following:

    Revised elevations, sections, BOQ for faade by 5thMay 12

    Deviations and issues (previous weeks): Important Risks & Corrective Actions:

    Execution of Atrium columns at grid I11 & H11 as perproposed detail on anchoring to existing B6 footings. PSC

    to visit site on 2nd May 12 to inspect the existing footingsand review the site condition for advice.

    Insufficient man power, engineers to complete plannedworks at site by JMC.

    Corrective measure: Insufficient manpower for plannedworks. JMC to augment the manpower as committed on27thApr 12 for avoiding delays in slab concreting and to

    achieve fourth floor slab completion

    Batching plant production for B7 to be resolved by JMC.

    Corrective measure: Batching plant will be mobilized tocampus for erection by 7thMay 12 and production to startfrom 15th May 12. However, JMC to maintain requiredquantity of concrete for Orion B7 as agreed.
