Executive Summary Business Plan..
ServiceMan, group will provide basic services to the people residing in Metro cities. We
will be providing services right from cleaning to maintenance of electrical, mechanicalequipments in the houses and also carpenter services.
The idea of starting such business came to our mind because we have felt such need anumber of times in past when we were in Delhi. It was since then we felt a need is there inmarket which is still largely untapped. This was felt more in Bangalore since, people arehere from all across the country and there is a huge problem in communicating with peoplewho are not so well versed in Hindi or English. We thought to provide a medium to link thepeople from that section of the society who provides these services and to those whoactually need.
They would just need to give a call or log onto our website and we will provide this serviceat their doorstep.
We predict a very good market reaction on this conceptual business. The initialexpectations and need in the society is giving us a positive vibes before venturing into thisbusiness.
