Dianna is one of WA’s leading facilitators with expertise in the leadership of teams and creating strategic innovative cultures to address business challenges. Dianna’s local and international experience in the field of organisational development design, cascading strategic initiatives and innovation extends over 30 years. Dianna is passionate about innovation, cultural transformation and coaching for high performance.

Dianna lectured on Curtin’s MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Dianna’s projects as Co-Principal in the Curtin Centre for Innovation in Decision Quality encompass consulting, teaching and research designed to enhance executive decision quality and to build capability with regard to innovation and high performance cultures.
