In this 4-week workshop, we will use yoga to treat injury and dysfunction of the muscles of the back and the spine. Through the small class size, we will gain individualized instruction and learn yoga asanas (poses) to treat back pain. Yoga links back pain to posture, imbalance in muscle tonicity, as well as to emotions, stress, and lack of body awareness, all issues that will be addressed in this workshop. 4088 9am to 10:30am Oct 16 - Nov 8 Tu Th
