REGISTRATION - 4 ways to register:

1. Register online at www.dce.ca:Students who registered online must bring a completed and signed

registration form and a copy of their nal report card the rst day of

class. Registration forms are available for download at www.dce.ca.

2. By phone at 905.436.3211 or 1.800.408.9619:Students who registered by phone must bring a completed and signed

registration form and a copy of their nal report card the rst day of

class. A registration form will be mailed along with a copy of the receipt.

3. By mail or fax:Download the registration form at www.dce.ca or obtain a copy from

the home school and mail the completed and signed form to:

or fax to: 905.436.1780.

4. In person:Visit Durham Continuing Education in-person at 120 Centre St. S.,Oshawa, Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 3:30 pm to register.
