WELCOME

Were delighted to present our 2012 Corporate Packages to our renewing corporate members, and introduce new members to the benefits of an investment in the Cowboys well-established corporate hospitality program. Existing corporate members will be familiar with our facilities and the fantastic game day experience of hosting a corporate facility for clients and colleagues. The 2012 season brings an additional benefit for our renewing members, in the form of an earlybird investment plan, and we will continue our pursuit of providing innovative hospitality packages with a focus on quality, value and continuous improvement. New members may have previously considered a corporate package, or are perhaps new to the concept our range of hospitality options offers the opportunity for businesses of all sizes to join the program, with packages starting from just $730 per seat for the season, plus our nine-month payment plan that provides flexibility and affordability. The facilities at Dairy Farmers Stadium all provide great viewing of all the action and are undoubtedly the best seats in the house what better way to entertain than with an extensive menu selection, superb refreshments and great service as you enjoy the excitement of a Cowboys home game! Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When will the season 2012 draw be available?A. The NRL has indicated that the 2012 draw will be released

by October 2011.

Q. When will the exact match dates and times be confirmed?A. At this time the NRL has indicated that the matches will

be announced four weeks in advance at the beginning of the season. This will extend to 11 weeks notice mid season and will revert back to four weeks at the back end of the season. Cowboys corporate members will be notified via email as soon as each date is released.

Q. Is there a renewal date if I am a current corporate member?

A. We request you return your confirmation forms by Friday 28 October 2011.

Q. Are food & beverages included in the investment price of my corporate facility?

A. Food & beverages are not included in the investment price of External Corporate Box and Cowboys Corral packages. Food & beverages are included in the Muster Club and Players Lounge packages please refer to package description for full details.

Q. If I am an External Corporate Box or Cowboys Corral package holder, how do I organise my catering?

A. Representatives of Spotless, the Dairy Farmers Stadium caterers, will contact you to discuss your catering requirements early in 2012.

Q. Is there a dress code?A. Yes, dress is smart casual and enclosed footwear must be

worn.

Q. Can I smoke in my corporate facility?A. No. Smoking is prohibited within Dairy Farmers Stadium.

Q. Are children allowed into the corporate areas?A. The policy on childrens attendance is:

MUSTER CLUB No children under the age of 12 years are permitted. Children over 12 must have a Muster Club corporate ticket to attend.

PLAYERS LOUNGE No children under the age of 12 years are permitted. Children over 12 must have a Players Lounge corporate ticket to attend.

EXTERNAL BOXES & COWBOYS CORRALS Children are allowed at the discretion of the facility holder. Those over the age of 5 years must have a corporate ticket for the facility.

Please contact your North Queensland Toyota Cowboys representative in relation to special requests for entry for children under 12 years.

Q. Can one corporate facility be purchased by more than one company?

A. Yes, this is called Box or Facility Sharing and the following policy applies:

There is to be only one contact per facility. This person will be referred to as the Facility Principal.

The other parties involved who share the facility will be referred to as Facility Shareholders.

The Facility Principal is responsible for information transfer to the Facility Shareholders.

The benefits contained in each corporate package do not represent what each Shareholder receives, but what is allocated to that particular facility.

These benefits will be delivered to the Facility Principal, who is responsible for the distribution to Facility Shareholders, if applicable.

Separate invoicing for the facility is offered upon request, otherwise the Facility Principal shall be invoiced the full amount of the corporate package.

The Facility Principal is responsible for the food & beverage account for each game. Only one account shall be issued per box by the Caterers.

The Facility Principal acts as guarantor should any facility Shareholder withdraw throughout the season. The North Queensland Cowboys are not responsible for finding a replacement Shareholder.
