The Williamsport YMCA wants its benefits to beaccessible to everyone regardless of age, background,

ability or income. Our financial assistance program is

provided to those individuals who would like to join

the YMCA but do not have the financial resources to

pay the full membership fee. Request an application

at our front desk or download one from our website.

The Williamsport Branch YMCA is a program Partner

with the Lycoming County United Way. Through

donations from our community, the United Way and

many friends of the Y, scholarships may be available to

those who cannot afford Y fees. Please call or stop by

Our YMCA has a great combination of group exerciseclasses covering a wide variety of fitness levels. There

are classes everyday of the week such as: spinning,

zumba, kickboxing, step, boot camp, core strength,

MOMMY N’ME DANCE PARTY

Bring the whole family and dance the evening away to

choreography fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy

to follow moves appropriate for children of all ages.Enjoy a dynamic fitness workout while spending time

together. You’ll be guaranteed to have FUN!

On-site massage appointments with a Licensed

Massage Therapist; massage techniques include deep

Beginner level cycling class held on stationary spinning

all participants full body gains in both strength and

endurance.

The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is a FREE adult

membership offered in partnership to Senior Citizens

and disabled persons with select health plans. Those

eligible can use all the services of the facility including

chair aerobic group exercise classes designed

specifically for older adults. Check out our website or

front desk for classes and times.

American Red Cross GuardStartProvides a foundation of lifeguarding and life skills.

For youth with swimming skills, this program makes an

ideal transition between Swim Lessons and the

Lifeguard Training Course.

Sessions will be held on Thursdays. Drop in

fencing on Monday and Thursday nights. Cost is
