Terms:

Cash or satisfactory cheque.

Payment shall be made to the clerk immediately following the sale.

Release of cattle will be given only when satisfactory settlement has been made by the buyer.

Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder.

In the event of any dispute, the Auctioneer=s decision shall be final.

Announcement from the Auctioneer=s stand on sale day will supersede any information in the

catalogue.

Sale is being held under the terms of the Canadian Angus Association.

All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, and the owners, auctioneer and

management assume no liability for accidents that may occur.

The management of the sale merely acts as agent between buyer and seller and is not responsible

for any failure on the side of either party to live up to his obligation.

Comments: We are very happy with all our 2012 heifer calves so it was very hard to decide

which one to offer up for the sale. Queedy 7Z combines some of the great bulls of the breed

(NEW FRONTIER 095 and STOCKMAN 365) in her pedigree. She is long, smooth and gentle

like all of her sire’s progeny and will be halter broke. We also thought it was fitting to consign

this heifer to the sale as her maternal granddam. LEOWILL QUEEDY, was purchased from the

late Bill Pryor who was a strong promoter of this sale and of the breed.

and a stacked pedigree. She is a late-April heifer that has competed well against the January’s,

placing in every class. She was a 4H project this year taking champion Angus heifer and honorable

mention overall at County exhibition. She will make a great brood cow-dam is a moderate frame,

easy-keeping cow. Was bred AI to roan Shorthorn for potential blue roan steer prospect or crossbred

heifer.
