- 18 attendees answered our « Satisfaction survey »o i.e. 35 % of the audience (SPS3 : 73%)

1. Event location: 95 % of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied (SPS 3 : 98%) • Decrease 3% of satisfaction compared with SPS#3

2. Room (size, chairs, screen): 67 % are satisfied to very satisfied. (SPS 3 : 95%) • Decrease 28 % of satisfaction compared with SPS#3

3. Service (breakfast, drinks…): 100 % of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied (SPS 3 : 88%) • Increase 12% of satisfaction compared with SPS#3

2.3. Topics & program evaluation

• Attendees liked the presentations and topics, the timing (1/2 day), the number of speakers and time for each speaker (40’).

• A few attendees would like the speakers to have more time speaking and maybe more speakers In fact, new speakers should take part to SPS Vietnam.

2.4. Suggestions to improve SPS Vietnam

1. Need business focus and practical exampleso « we would like more practical scenarios » o « we need more topics for sales & business man, end-user/IT-pro »o « we should not only focus on technical side  but on business and management »o « we need a larger range of solutions proposed »

2. Topics for next time in order of preference: o The most appreciated topic would be Using Workflow in SharePoint 2012o Then : Claim base authentication in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2012 Brandingo Last : IBM Lotus Note to SharePoint migration best practices

3. Other ideas of topics: o SharePoint 2 Mobility o Right Management Service for SP2o Focus on business instead of technical sideo SharePoint infrastructure securityo Using SharePoint Foundation on Business Operations

The most repeated remark is about the need to focus on business and to introduce practical scenarios
