Global products for local needs

Eltek’s products comply with all international

standards and requirements. This makes

them ideal building blocks for systems and

solutions all over the world. However, they

are not “one size fits all”. While our reach is

global, our presence and expertise is close to

each individual market we serve. This enables

us to truly understand the needs of each

market and provide solutions and servicesspecifically adapted to local requirements.

Spearheading a green revolution in DC power

With Eltek’s High Efficiency power systems,

the telecom industry can significantly reduce

power consumption and their environmental

footprint by cutting losses in power conversion

in half. On a global scale, this could have a

staggering impact. For every 1% of energy

waste eliminated, over 100 000 homes could

be powered, and CO2 emissions equal to that

from 200 000 cars could be saved.

DC power meeting any demand

A typical DC power system includes rectifiers,

control and monitoring modules, AC distri-

bution for rectifier input, DC distribution,

batteries, and low voltage disconnect

options. All our systems use state-of-the-art

hot plug-in switchmode rectifiers allowing for

easier system upgrades. Multiple rectifiers

operate in parallel to ensure redundancy

operation.

Our complete range meets any telecom

power demand, small, medium or large, indoor

or outdoor.

For more than four decades Eltek has provided

power solutions for telecommunication net-

works globally. Our systems cover the entire

range of power requirements, from small tovery large, meeting all the power needs of the

telecom industry, in both fixed and mobile

networks.

Opex savings with a positive

environmental impact

There are many hundreds of thousand sites

around the world running on diesel generators

24/7, and new ones are being installed every

day. By introducing a “hybrid system”, such

installations could reduce diesel consumption

by 70-80%. By combining solar or wind energy

input with smart generator control and opti-

mally dimensioned batteries, the scene is set

for dramatic OPEX reductions and a positive

environmental impact. Return on investment

is typically only 2-3 years.

Eltek’s hybrid solutions are based on the

HE technology for optimal utilization of all

energy resources. In a single integrated

system, with one controller managing all

sources of energy, it makes up an extremely

efficient, compact and versatile solution.

It can even be remotely controlled and

optimized, through our advanced “Multisite
