Welcome!

We are very happy to invite you to our BZ.COMM world! Our history has begun in 2000, aiming at a new approach at the communication world for the travel industry, where creativity, professionalism and passion were to be the main pillars. We started off very small, but we believed in our ideal.

Staying true to our thoughts

Only 10 years later, we have become one of Germany’s leading public relations and marketing agencies, specialized in providing PR, marketing and advertising services. With more than 35 clients, 20 employees and still full of dreams, we are proud to say we are large enough to offer our clients a range of strategic synergies, yet small enough to ensure that each project is handled individually and personally.

Thinking outside the box

We have built our reputation based on our innovative and result-oriented projects. Examples of unusual press approaches and marketing projects generated for our clients (such as Gala projects, creative and multi-sensorial workshops) abound in our portfolio.

Thinking outside the box is our specialty and it's what makes us tick. Just let us know your needs!

Our “spider” network concept

So we have introduced you to our basic work concept: creativity, professionalism and assertiveness. Now we will break another secret of our success: our incomparable network. Try to picture it like a spider net: though made of elegant, fine matter, it is built in such way, that it is considered one most solid and perfect structures nature has ever created. Translated? Our partnership and loyalty with our customers, trade and press partners are the fine matter, and the way we make it happen, well, that´s the net itself…

Out-of-Home Camapaign „Viva Cuba“Ministry of Tourism Cuba // 2009

The challenge:The Caribbean island of Cuba is a sun-and-beach destination for all-inclusive travelers. The goal was to develop a niche position based on historical, cultural and natural factors.

The idea:The “Viva Cuba” campaign was developed in collaboration with Publicitur Cuba and adapted for the German market. The campaign elements encompassed large-format posters in the train stations and transport hubs of Germany’s five major cities, simultaneous ads on info screens, two streetcars in Frankfurt and Berlin and a taxi campaign in Austria. The campaign showcased all aspects of Cuba, from music, dance and outdoor activities to the UNESCO World Heritage sites on the island.

The result:14.7 million contacts throughout Germany.

Tork Family-mobileSCA Hygiene Products + Tork // 2009

The challenge:The Tork brand would like to increase its awareness among consumers in the long term and be presented as a family friendly and customer-oriented specialist for hygiene. At the same time the Tork brand should be positioned as a socially engaged brand that stands for innovation and supplies the society’s needs.

The idea:BZ.COMM developed a family-friendly mobile toilet for Tork, that is tailored to the needs of parents and children. The generous design allows parents to accompany their children into the cabin or use the ramp to get into the cabin with a push chair. All sanitary facilities are installed in a way that suits children and there is also a table for a quick, protected and hygienic change of nappies. Tork’s mobile toilet is rented out free of charge to events for families and children.

The result:When the family-friendly mobile toilet was used in 2009 at the Maine and Opera Festival of the Adventure Playground Riederwald in Frankfurt it generated 1.2 million contacts within the target group and a PR value of 45.000 Euros.

Hotel InaugurationBudersand Hotel – Golf & Spa – Sylt // 2009

The challenge:This exclusive five-star hotel opened in May 2009 at the southern tip of Sylt. The inaugural celebration had to be a real highlight that would reflect the character of the hotel.

The idea:As a gift to guests and as entertainment for the inaugural event, BZ.COMM invited German comedian Dr. Eckart von Hirschhausen, who prepared a special program specific to Budersand.

The result:Comprehensive reporting on TV, in daily newspapers and in lifestyle magazines for a total PR value in excess of EUR 35,000. Positive image transfer and mouth-to-mouth advertising: Dr. Hirschhausen still recommends the hotel during his performances.

Roadshow Estonia – wonderfully differentEnterprise Estonia // Noviembre 2009

The challenge:The small Baltic country of Estonia is still a best-kept secret among German travelers. The country would like to be positioned as a hip, creative paradise for young artists and designers that has no reason to hide in the shadow of its West European neighbors.

The idea:Estonia introduced itself to German travel industry specialists during a road show in Munich and Berlin. The multifaceted program included a fashion show, an exhibition of Estonian design and clothing, a workshop with an Estonian chocolatier and a performance by a famous DJ with a jazz band and a traditional Estonian dance group. The many contrasting facets of the country were shown in optimum fashion.

The result:More than 120 guests per city. A total of 20 tour operators have added Estonia to their travel options, and 27 journalists expressed interested in a press trip.

Hotel of Communication BZ.COMM // ITB 2011

The challenge:As the world’s leading travel trade show, ITB has grown larger and larger and more and more confusing in recent years. There is hardly any time between agenda items during the day, and in the evening, attendees desperately try to choose which evening event they should attend.

The idea:The Hotel of Communication created a level of communication outside the trade fair setting. BZ.COMM rented an entire, newly opened design hotel and accommodated selected journalists and agency customers at special conditions. All customers of the agency had the chance to choose from a large selection of advertising options, and press breakfasts and evening events were held daily. Guests did not have to leave the hotel to find pleasant entertainment and exciting contacts.

The result:A fully booked hotel with 60 key journalists and 25 customers. Six well-attended media breakfasts and three successful evening programs. The Hotel of Communication 2012 is already reserved.

“I like to confirm that Handelsblatt knows you for years as a trustworthy and qualified partner – and we really appreciate that. You and your

colleagues without any exception have been very competent partners no matter if our requests came from the corporate department of our paper or the travel pages. Whether it was the establishment of an interview contact to one of the companies you work for, the sending out of corporate press

releases or the organisation of press conferences and press trips, you have always fulfilled the high expectations we have on communicative support. I am convinced that I am right to hope that this will continue, and wish you a

lot of success in winning new clients.”Eberhard Krummheuer, Handelsblatt, Editorial Department of

Transport and Tourism “The editors of FVW like to work with you and your team at BZ.COMM!. We appreciate your professional and competent PR-service for us. Furthermore,

“Twice I have had the pleasure to cooperate with your agency. On behalf of BZ.COMM! I presented two of the „Couchtalks“ at ITB – one in 2004 and one in 2005. This special format of a panel discussion created by you has a very high information value and is appreciated by different industry partners. The preparations and the organization by your agency were always accurate. The working atmosphere with you and your employees was always very nice.
