Photo album Message from Principal With the fourth term on our doorstep we have to embrace ourselves for the most hectic term of the year. See Upcoming Events and make sure you circle those dates. Luckily we have had our 40 th birthday celebration (see our photo album) which gave us a good practice run. The ACVV BOTHASIG CRECHE are not only there for the children , but also for the community that we serve. Read “From the Community To the community” and see HOW we can help you . Ria Fourie (Principal) Upcoming Events – Fourth Term 01 Oct – Concert Tickets are available 12 Nov – Annual Concert – from Toddler 2 till Gr. R take part 15 Nov – Graduation Photos will be taken (ONLY Gr. R) 08 Dec – Graduation of Gr. R’s (evening event) 10 Dec – Progress Reports will be handed out Transportation of your child I’m sure that the horrific accident between the taxi and the train is still fresh in our minds. Remember if you make use of any public transport for your child, make sure the vehicle is roadworthy, has a valid licence and that the driver also has a valid PDP-licence. Another important thing to look at is overloading – ask your child how many friends are travelling with them. Make sure your child buckles up. Remember rather be safe than sorry. From the Community To the Community We are well aware that many of our parents have lost their jobs and try to make ends meet with a home based business and advertising is very expensive. The ACVV BOTHASIG CRECHE wants to help . We will make a board available as from 1 Oct 2010 for your ad and it will be FREE OF COST. •Ads must not be larger than A5-size •This is ONLY for parents
