Ebbco manufactures auxiliary filtration systems for all wire EDM machines. Ebbco wire EDM filtration systems are designed to eliminate OEM filters or

filters submerged work tank.

Ebbco conventional EDM filtration systems are designed to filter the dielectric fluid; either by remotely filtering the work tank or the dielectric tank. By

keeping the oil clean it reduces maintenance and helps improve flushing.

Ebbco offers a full line of replacement filter cartridges for most Wire and Conventional EDM Machines.

The Ebbco Closed Loop Systems are designed for Waterjet catch tank to close the drain by filtering and treating the overflow water for reuse in the

high pressure pump .

The Ebbco Abrasive Removal System is designed to continuously remove exhausted abrasive that collects in the Waterjet tank, thus eliminating down

time for cleanout and maximizing production.

Ebbco chillers are designed to cool the Hydraulics on the OEM’s high pressure pumps as well as the cutting water in the Ebbco Closed Loop

Filtration system, This provides cooled, DI Treated water to the high pressure pump and will maximize your pumps seal life.

Ebbco offers a line of consumables for the Closed Loop Filtration System that may also be available through your table manufacturer.

The feature of the Rotobore® is its ability to dramatically reduce EDM cutting time by providing im-proved fl ushing and uniform electrode wear. The rotation provided by the Rotobore® system assists in the fl ushing of debris and assures that the hole produced will be perfectly round.

The Rotobore® is a complete rotating spindle system for any vertical ram or wire EDM machine. Class 7 bearings provide extremely high rotational accuracy. This allows EDMing of both small and large, per-fectly round and straight holes to extremely tight tolerances.

Accurate centering and alignment of electrodes to within .0001” over 4 inches are provided by a unique built-in centering and tilting system, the Centri-Tilt®. The Centri-Tilt® provides a two axis tilt mecha-nism to obtain electrode parallelism to the ram and a two way shift centering mechanism to eliminate electrode runout, regardless of the size of the electrode.

The Rotobore® spindle is available by itself or as a part of a complete system which includes:
