    Holiday Closings & Inclement Weather

    Holiday Closures

    New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

    Inclement Weather

    Cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on WPIC 790 AM. If in doubt, please call our busineoffice at (724) 981-3700.

    Credit/Refund Policy

    Participants canceling before the first class will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee. If a medicallyverified illness prevents class attendance and is reported during the class session, a pro-rated credit or a re-fund will be issued, less a $10 processing fee. Credits or refunds for reasons other than medical are at the discretion of the Executive Director. There will be a class credit or refund if the class is cancelled or rescheduleby the Buhl Community Recreation Center.

    Memberships are not refunded. If a medically verified illness prevents the member from using the facilitiesthe membership is held until the member can use the facilities or the membership may be transferred to an-other member.

    Guest privileges are provided at the Buhl Community Recreation Center by purchasing a guest pass at the Business Office. Guest grades 12 and under MUST be brought in by a member or an adult. Youth members are permitted up totwo (2) guests per visit.

    Please note that members are also responsible for the behavior of their guests and can be held responsible for theiractions. Guest passes are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Guest passes are not refundable.

    Admitting an individual to the Buhl Community Recreation Center with the purpose of bypassing the Control Desk mayresult in suspension or forfeiture of your membership without a refund.

    Winter Wonder Learn

    This 2nd Annual event returns with area Pre Schools, and ChildAdvocacy Programs on hand to provide several free crafts, storyme, Bubble blowing contest, & obstacle courses! Join us for an

    nexpensive day of fun filled quality time.

    Racquetball Clinic

    This NEW activity will be a 6 week program slotted for Saturday,October 4th. Age Groups: 5-7; 8-12; 13 and up.

    Adult lessons available.

    Bringing back the old fashioned Christmas traditional seasonalevent is guaranteed to bring a smile to every child & bring out th

    We are currently seeking a piano instructor. Although we willmiss Anna Marie, we certainly wish her all the best with her

    continuing studies!

    An academic tutoring program designed to build and reinforceskills in reading, math, language, spelling, writing, science, social

    studies and study skills.

    Aquatics

    Gymnastics

    help improve strength, balance, speed and agility. Ages 10-18.

    Continuing the tradition established by Frank & Julia Buhl more than a century ago, Buhl Community Recreation Center offers membersscholarships to all youth through grade 12. Applications for eligibility may be picked up at the Business Office. We believe all youth

    deserve the gift of recreation, social, wellness and educational programs.

    Children grades 3-12, unaccompanied by an adult on school days may enter after 3:00pm and need to leave by 9:00pm, Monday-Friday. scheduled holidays or no school days, youth are permitted after 1:00pm. (*Also See Guest Pass Policy)
